“I have been a customer of the pharmacy and retail store since I moved to the Berkshires two years ago, and have had all covid and flu shots there. I have always found the staff to be helpful and as expeditious as possible. With the Walgreen's closed, and with half of Florida and New Jersey emptying here in the summer, I feel like we can all be a little more understanding and supportive. As much as possible, communicate with the pharmacy online and through the automated phone tree. If you must speak voice to voice with the pharmacist in August, then, yes, you'll be on hold for a while. Supply and demand.”
