“The place is understaffed and so the people who work there are under constant stress. They're perfectly nice people placed in a most difficult work environment. And over 25 years, I've never ever witnessed rudeness from any post person there. I think most Sheffield folks would agree.”

“I have been so fortunate to have been served by this local post office for close to 30 years. Civic minded, dedicated, personable, professional, helpful, each postal worker will go the extra mile to assist in any way possible. Thank you for the pride you each exhibit in caring for our community and civil positions.”

“In contrast to larger locations, the Great Barrington USPS Office provides professional and personable service. It’s reassuring that there are still people like Henry and Leanna, who helped me today.”
