Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. There’s not enough time in the day to explain how they wasted my time (almost a full day) trying to close my children’s bank accounts Sat with James, the manager, who managed to make a bad, frustrating situation even worse - mostly with his smarmy, arrogant attitude. Stay away.

I've had the most amazing experience here. The tellers are consistently kind, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you're helped. I got my very first bank account here and they were so kind in explaining things to me and helping me understand how everything worked. I want to specifically mention Erin, who's been just awesome. 10/10 recommend.
