“I’ve throughly enjoyed living at the Social Amherst. The staff, Mel, Phoenix, and Matt have been extremely helpful and responsive when needed. They will follow up about any issues that were reported and make sure that the problem has been successfully solved. They’ve communicated very clearly about closures, updates, warnings, events, and activities on and around the complex. Overall, my experience has been great and I expect it’ll continue that way.””
