I went into Aubuchon with an impossible task: a damaged item that I bought from an online store, which had been delivered with a broken castor (made in china - Ugh). The staff was amazzzing, and helped me fix that darn thing. They took their time, and worked through several options. I'm very happy with the Greenfield store, and their staff.

The employees were courteous and helpful, the response was very quick from my order, and the communication was good, being notified when it was ready, but the website is confusing and hard to work with. It's hard to find things. It seemed I could order the paint in a specific tint, but then they only had one un-tinted can of paint.

Really outstanding service. The manager, Tom Firda, and the staff at the register and throughout the store, clearly take customer care seriously. I had a particularly challenging situation trying to get a good paint match to my existing home wall color that needed touch-up. Tom went way above and beyond to make sure the color match was perfect. Not the first time I've been impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of this team. Thanks!

I ordered a shovel online mid-day. It was ready for pickup three hours later. Since I am disabled, a friendly Aubuchon employee cheerfully volunteered to carry the shovel out to my car. Such superb service is rarely found these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you Aubuchon, Greenfield!

Well stocked, helpful, friendly place. Somehow they always have what I need despite being a fraction of the size of home depot and lowes.
The cat is a nice addition, I guess he's their mouser? He's not outgoing, but doesn't shrink away from people and as far as I can tell, never feels the need to swat or bite at unwanted attention. A very good public-facing cat.

We love our Aubuchon! Recently we were assisted by Brady. He went above and beyond, carrying a 40 lb bag of seed to our car, on a day when I couldn’t do it myself. He was also very friendly. His positive attitude was (and is) much appreciated!!!!

Ordered on line would be in on Saturday a week later. Went in on Sunday was asked if I received text the in I said No and was told then not in and would be notified when in. Late Monday saw that they had 4 in stock and I was still waiting. Stopped by and asked if I’m but I was not notified and told they were in. So do they notify or not. I could be still waiting. Did receive text as they were loaded.

Rich in the paint department is simply the best. He’s so very knowledgeable about paints and infinitely patient with naive questions from those painting their own home. He gives you the confidence you need and excellent advice about the products.
