It was a cold and windy day last week. Edwin, one of the salesmen/customer service reps took an ample amount of time to help me change a rear windshield wiper arm and blade on my SUV. He went out of his way and went above and beyond what was required of him with the sale. He also had really great people skills which seem to be rare for Gen Z.
In an industry that has no shortage of fuzzy steering wheel covers and floor mats, it is young kids like Edwin that restore my confidence in auto part distributor stores like this nice one in Greenfield.

I was very disappointed. I had called earlier about a part and went in after work to pick it up. Only the lady at the front was working, and she was helping another customer. There were other workers there, but they refused to come out. I stood there by the front for a couple minutes listening to their music, and no one came to help. I was so disappointed, I've been a long-time autozone customer. But I left, drove down the street to O'Reilly and bought my part for cheaper and all in a couple of minutes.

I was just in this store and my family will never be returning. The man at the counter today at noon was asking his female co workers incredibly inappropriate questions.Word for word “hey, a young person question for you, how many inappropriate photos of yourself do you have on your phone” loud enough so we can hear from the back of the store. And then proceeded to talk about taking inappropriate pictures in lingerie talking about how once someone is 18 it’s all fine. He was no younger than 37 I would guess.The man then was yelling to his other co worker who was on break, about some “weird questions he’s gotta ask when we (my family) leave”. Most likely because of the glare I was giving him. For being grossI do not know the work dynamic here, if he’s a manager or not. But he seemed to be the one telling others what to do. I felt very uncomfortable there with him talking about these non work related topics, and honestly fear for any female that has to work or even be around him.Not ever putting myself or my friends and family in a situation like that.
