Billy was very helpful of my needs over the phone, after work I 4got the 1 guys name & he too was helpful & they’re both nice to me. They’re both Very understanding of I need high mileage & affordable. Because I drive a lot & especially weekends I drive to Boston & back. Billy recommended Nexen tires ? & it’s buy 3 & get 1 free. By far the cheapest, I ever heard over the phone $469 include tax’s & labor. Others places are like $600 & up! I recommend BJ’s get your tires cheap & good quality tires!

Maybe be a bit more considerate of your employees and their families.

Customer Service started helping an employee in the middle of returning an item for me, even though there was a free Customer Service rep available. No one said anything to me; they just left me standing there and then seemed to get annoyed when I asked them to repeat something cause I didn't know who he was talking to. A little petty I admit but you are the face of the company, all I got was a 'yup' to my thanks, and no response to my 'have a good one' -guess I'll just fk myself

I ordered a washer and dryer online from BJ's Wholesale. Everything was great until they charged me 4 times for the washer and emptied my bank account. When I called customer service, first you get India. Then when I asked for a supervisor I got a help desk that said I would need to send my bank statement to prove BJ's Wholesale had taken 4 payments for 1 washing machine. I call corporate and couldn't get to a person. When you call back you get India again and they refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. From what I was told it was going to be escalated to the credit department which you can't call. It's been 3 days and no response. This has been the worst customer service experience with no hope of getting a refund or talking to someone who can help.

Overall the staff is great, but! Today I had an experience that will make me never return. Upon trying to leave the store the receipt checker decided to start barking orders at me because I was only 5 ft away not six. Personally I've had enough of this. You have zero authority over me and trying to get the last word in will not win with me. I ended up leaving without letting her check my slip. The customer service desk had just helped me wonderfully, and this mountain hag has now made me never want to enter this store again. Be better BJ's! She's licking all I did was give her a few choice words as I left. This could have gone down wayyyyy different. This is America and your geriatric door people aren't going on a power trip with me.

BJs customer service was not good before the Covid-19 restrictions, now they are claiming that broad categories of goods are sold as "final" and are Not returnable based on their "policies" which are vague and open to a Customer Service Manager's interpretation of which exact goods are Not returnable. They were returnable when we bought them in good faith. Being able to return goods with a no hassle attitude is one of the main reasons we've shopped their for many years. Now, there is No exact listing of items that are Not returnable, but they were taking back clothes and pants for some reason. They claim it's CDC rules, but there are No actual CDC 'rules' only guidance which the Federal Gov. refused to adopt. There are only re opening requirements from the State of Mass. Unfortunately, I've seen this before, and it usually indicates that the business has a severe cash flow and access to credit problem. Sears did this right before their Bankruptcy. I hope that Bjs is wiser. They really need to treat customers better than they did today, it's difficult enough for us to get around as a disabled and elderly paying customers/citizens, and we don't need poor and inconsistent communications, or an adversarial encounter with their staff when attempting to return something with a receipt. There was a long line of people attempting to return items, and they seemed to make it as difficult as possible. Finally, my wife became very frustrated and asked for her membership to be returned, then suddenly the Service Mgr. got on a phone and got authorization to issue the refund. It was as if she was trying to bully my wife and not have to do the work. There is nothing that Bjs sells which can't be sourced alternatively.

The older woman at the front door was incredibly rude to my mother today. Commenting on something that wasn't any of her business. If she thought something fishy was going on then maybe she should have spoken to her boss.

At the moment I am very disappointed in the service I received this evening at BJ's in Greenfield, MA. I just renewed my membership. We went through the line. We have under ten items. A cashier scanned our items. As I approached the exit, a lady did not say a word, just rudely pointed at me and then did the "come here" motion with the same finger. I was offended by her pushiness and rudeness just from that gesture. Then she goes over and counts every item in our cart. There w

It's so nice to go to a big warehouse that isn't overrun. The location is great, the selection is usually good -- no trying to guess what'll be in stock when you're shopping -- and the people working there are nice. (Also, the prices. Yay for the prices!)

So this is a No for the online ordering. We placed an order online to pick up at the store. They say give 2 hours for the order to be picked. We figured we would go for dinner then pick up the order. We got there at 7:30 to pick up the order and no one had even picked the order. The person at the customer service desk says “oh it’s not ready, So and so do you want to shop an order?” Are you kidding me? Now I have to wait while that person picks my order that should of been ready to go? Very disappointed! I could have went to dinner closer to home and saved a trip.

I bought the a dark1/4th smoked chicken near 87th & Stony Island The thigh and leg were extremely very unusually small. No meat . BJ market used to have very good smoked chicken. This is what they were known for. I am very disappointed in them now. If there are new owners who still carried the name, then the quality should still be the same. BJ Market should be a same of themselves to sale something like that. Go somewhere else where you can get quality food. The food here was also dried out. They were out of the sides. Don't bother.
