My tire continued to lose air after being inflated several times. I called BJ's Tire in Greenfield, MA explained the situation, and was placed on hold. The hold time was so long I had been transferred back to Member Services more than 3 times. At this point I knew I'd receive better results in person. I got there, and no one was there waiting prior so I was able to get my car on the jack which is when he discovered what was causing the leak. In the pictures you can clearly see the holes on the line for being replaced vs repaired. However, due to my tire not being in stock and needing something on an emergency basis I was given a temp repair. Was told that the tire would be ordered Monday morning. Cool. Monday gets here. I received no call back. Nor did I receive an email regarding Saturdays trip for the repair done to my tire. Instead I call back Monday, and left a msg with a Sup/Mgr (Mimi) as the tech (Jerry) was on break. Tuesday comes and I get a call back asking me for proof of the visit, which I couldn't provide as an email was never sent, but I signed a document confirming I was there. It was later located and I was informed a Hazard Claim had not been submitted, as I was told this was done Saturday where the tire would be covered at $200.00 leaving me to pay $5.99 and whatever taxes associated w/ the tire. If the claim had not been submitted how would I know the amount that was covered along w/ my out of pocket towards the claim? Now all of a sudden I'm given the generic there is nothing we can do until the tire starts leaking air again. This is unacceptable and I can see me not being a return customer if not to get a replacement tire. But due to this being the closest BJ's Tire in my area I feel screwed. I do not recommend BJ's Tire, although I love the Wholesale shopping experience. Tire in question is Michelin CrossClimate priced at $205.99 each.

Billy was very helpful of my needs over the phone, after work I 4got the 1 guys name & he too was helpful & they’re both nice to me. They’re both Very understanding of I need high mileage & affordable. Because I drive a lot & especially weekends I drive to Boston & back.Billy recommended Nexen tires & it’s buy 3 & get 1 free.By far the cheapest, I ever heard over the phone $469 include tax’s & labor. Others places are like $600 & up!I recommend BJ’s get your tires cheap & good quality tires!

The staff is rude. He work horribly. I WONT NEVER COME HERE FOR TIRE.I called before coming, we talked about my flat tire, I didn’t know it need to be repaired or replaced. He said Ok come next day and he’ll help. We didn’t make appointment (my biggest mistake). When I came on last Sunday, I waited 45 mins for checking my flat tire to be repair or replace. A lady came after me but got checked first, that’s why I had to wait for 45 mins for just 1 look at the tire. It’s OK, I wasn’t busy. He told me that my tire have to replace, center didn’t have that tire here. He took note about my tire’s information, and promised to check the tire available online, make the order for me, and call me about it at the end of the day. He didn’t make an appointment for me but told me to come back on next Wednesday afternoon for replacement. So I just left the center and waited until Wed. I feel kinda weird about this, I called ahead on Wed to check about my tire in center yet. He said call back on Fri. He didn’t ask my name or my car type or whatever about it. I waited until Fri and called again. He started dragging about they don’t do order there, I need to purchase tire at store with receipt, I didn’t make appointment so he has no idea what I’m talking, can’t do purchase over the phone, come back to center to check what tire I have for ordering.I told him I have spare tire and it took me 36 miles every time I go there and back. I can’t go again just to check what tire I have and come back home since it was already done on last Sunday. And come back there again 3rd time for replacement. He not even say apologize for his mistake to forget what’s supposed to inform me at store or making purchase of ordering tire before I left or contacting me about the service. He keep saying like my fault to not purchase tire at store when he checked tire on last Sunday, so he doesn’t have any tire for replacement. It was a week and no tire for me to replace. He have no record of my car or put any effort for it just because he didn’t make appointment for me. He even has some racist words and complain my accent. I rather to pay higher price at somewhere else that work with responsibility. Thanks to make me struggle 2 more weeks.

Customer Service started helping an employee in the middle of returning an item for me, even though there was a free Customer Service rep available. No one said anything to me; they just left me standing there and then seemed to get annoyed when I asked them to repeat something cause I didn't know who he was talking to. A little petty I admit but you are the face of the company, all I got was a 'yup' to my thanks, and no response to my 'have a good one' -guess I'll just fk myself

I've been getting my tires here for a long time and they stock good tires with after -installation perks that make this a great choice. I just got a full set and big thanks to Dustin for doing such a good job taking the time to properly polish the contact surface on my rims and staying late on a holiday Sunday night to finish the job correctly.

Overall the staff is great, but! Today I had an experience that will make me never return. Upon trying to leave the store the receipt checker decided to start barking orders at me because I was only 5 ft away not six. Personally I've had enough of this. You have zero authority over me and trying to get the last word in will not win with me. I ended up leaving without letting her check my slip. The customer service desk had just helped me wonderfully, and this mountain hag has now made me never want to enter this store again. Be better BJ's! She's licking all I did was give her a few choice words as I left. This could have gone down wayyyyy different. This is America and your geriatric door people aren't going on a power trip with me.

BJs customer service was not good before the Covid-19 restrictions, now they are claiming that broad categories of goods are sold as "final" and are Not returnable based on their "policies" which are vague and open to a Customer Service Manager's interpretation of which exact goods are Not returnable. They were returnable when we bought them in good faith. Being able to return goods with a no hassle attitude is one of the main reasons we've shopped their for many years. Now, there is No exact listing of items that are Not returnable, but they were taking back clothes and pants for some reason. They claim it's CDC rules, but there are No actual CDC 'rules' only guidance which the Federal Gov. refused to adopt. There are only re opening requirements from the State of Mass. Unfortunately, I've seen this before, and it usually indicates that the business has a severe cash flow and access to credit problem. Sears did this right before their Bankruptcy. I hope that Bjs is wiser. They really need to treat customers better than they did today, it's difficult enough for us to get around as a disabled and elderly paying customers/citizens, and we don't need poor and inconsistent communications, or an adversarial encounter with their staff when attempting to return something with a receipt. There was a long line of people attempting to return items, and they seemed to make it as difficult as possible. Finally, my wife became very frustrated and asked for her membership to be returned, then suddenly the Service Mgr. got on a phone and got authorization to issue the refund. It was as if she was trying to bully my wife and not have to do the work. There is nothing that Bjs sells which can't be sourced alternatively.

The older woman at the front door was incredibly rude to my mother today. Commenting on something that wasn't any of her business. If she thought something fishy was going on then maybe she should have spoken to her boss.

It's so nice to go to a big warehouse that isn't overrun. The location is great, the selection is usually good -- no trying to guess what'll be in stock when you're shopping -- and the people working there are nice. (Also, the prices. Yay for the prices!)

So this is a No for the online ordering. We placed an order online to pick up at the store. They say give 2 hours for the order to be picked. We figured we would go for dinner then pick up the order. We got there at 7:30 to pick up the order and no one had even picked the order. The person at the customer service desk says “oh it’s not ready, So and so do you want to shop an order?” Are you kidding me? Now I have to wait while that person picks my order that should of been ready to go? Very disappointed! I could have went to dinner closer to home and saved a trip.

Good service. Friendly staff. One of the only tire stories in town open on a Sunday. Price was a touch on the high end but it appears to be good work. Only real complaint is that as I am unfamilar with the chain and I was blindsided when I had to go to the front and buy a year's membership for the wholesale club in the front.
