The units are clean and the service is wonderful. I actually got another unit I was so pleased. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get the same size for my second unit as they were close to full capacity but that just goes to show that other people feel the same way I do!
I definitely recommend Cube Smart!

I only just got my unit and haven't even had a chance to put stuff in it yet. So my review is limited. What I will say is the employees were very professional. From the first man who showed me around and gave me all the info I needed to the man on the phone a month later when I called to set up the rental.

Never met more friendly, helpful people at a storage facility, and I've used many. Kevin's great, as was Liz and Mark. The grounds are beautifully kept and the rooms (this is my second) are clean and in good condition.

Best storage units in town and you get a 1 month free all depends. Since I came and been with this storage Kevin been a awesome employee got the answer to all your questions about the storage he always have a positive attitude always working hard feels like he stays up here that's how much you see him. He's willing to help with open arms. Always smiling and makes sure he can help yu the best way he can. Since I been here I seen Kevin around here working hard and I been here over 5 months. He makes this establishment feel welcome and heart warming.

It's been almost 24hours since I purchased the storage unit. I received my confirmation but no email with my access code. I was Starting to feel like I was being scammed, but then they called me and everything is how it should be. Thank you CubeSmart. Excellent customer service
