I called to see if they had ADHD med in stock. I had already called 6 places. When I asked the woman who answered if she had any suggestions she rudely said "anywhere; any pharmacy" like a total b. I had just asked another pharmacy the same question and they gave me great suggestions (calling a smaller town). A pharmacy should be well aware of the struggles to get adhd meds right now and didn't need to make me feel worse about a shitty situation.

The pharmacy staff here are rude, dismissive, and inept. I have literally never had an issue-free interaction with them. One would imagine healthcare workers having more compassion. The regular retail staff have always been great.

I've had mixed experiences at this CVS pharmacy. During our first late-night visit to this CVS, a few years ago, to pick up prescriptions after an emergency room visit, the pharmacist was helpful and kind and straightened out a miscommunication with the hospital. Unfortunately, our most recent experience with this pharmacy was awful. We'd just spent 8 hours in the emergency room, and finally we were released and went to pick up the prescriptions that the doctor had called in. The associate at the counter told us that there would be a two-hour wait. We explained that my husband was in severe pain from a kidney stone and asked if it were possible to have it filled sooner. (There was no one else waiting.) She went to check with the pharmacist, then came back and said, no, it's two hours. We didn't know what to do. We politely explained that we lived far away and that my husband was in agony. She went and asked again. Still no. We didn't want to press any more, so we were about to go back to the car, to wait for two hours, when the associate decided on her own to ask again and had the pharmacist come over to talk with us. He said, "well, you should have called ahead." We explained that we had been in the emergency room and couldn't have called ahead (which he knew, because we'd already explained that to the associate). Then finally he said that he could have our prescriptions ready in under half-an-hour. We thanked him and were incredibly relieved. But, honestly, what if we had given up after the second try and waited in our car, my husband in agony (have you ever had a kidney stone?) for two hours when all along the pharmacist could have filled the prescription in under 30 minutes? I found that to be pretty callous. As I said, my other experiences at this pharmacy were good, so I guess it depends on who you get. Since this is the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area, I hope they can become more consistent in how they treat people. A little kindness goes a long way.

Fun experience this morning . Asked to speak with pharmacist. Needed to request easy open pill container, clerk snapped at me to " adjust my attitude". I was not raising my voice, I was not swearing, simply aggravated at being unable to open daily meds. Also requested they scribble somewhere else on container and not directly over vital information. I pay you, not the other way around. If this is customer service, how do they treat the dying and the truly ill. They have settled a case with the state of Ma. for BILLIONS for dispensing opioids. I am taking our business to Riteaid. And sending difficult to open container with explicit complaint to CVS headquarters. All done here.

First, they are incompetent. Over time your closet will fill with pill bottles that they over-refill. They call the wrong doctors for refills, and don't tell you when they have not heard back from the wrong person, until you call asking about your refill. They just sent me two text messages regarding the same drug. The first said no refills until December 22. The second said your refill is ready. The staff is pompous and cruel. One even threatened me with calling the police because I insisted on waiting around until my 4 day late refill was ready. To say this CVS sucks is to give a bad name to other businesses that merely suck. Incompetent, rude, dirty store. Greenfield deserves better than this piece of s****

At the drive through there was a sign saying it was closed due to lack of staff 12/03/2021 and must go inside. Went in saw one person behind the counter checking out a person in line. She told me the pharmacy was closed she would be back since she had other things to do. (This is a 24/7 pharmacy) She leaves to go tend to people across the store who want vaccines while I stand in shock that she just left an unattended, open pharmacy. After some time someone shows up and I voice my displeasure and the first worker pops her head out of the vaccine room screaming “I’M THE ONLY ONE THAT BOTHERED TO SHOW UP TO WORK TODAY.” Not only does she want her paycheck she would like a shout out too. Girl, here it is! ?????? Good job for showing up! Great job breaking the law by leaving the pharmacy unattended.

Julia in customer service was excellent. I watched her help several folks stymied by the new policy forcing every patron to do their own check out. She also helped me through a painless return. Also- lots of great sales! However- CVS corporate listen up- pawning off your labor costs by making your customers handle their own transactions is bad for your bottom line. There are plenty of folks who will not return to this store because they are NOT happy with self check out. Get at least one prison front of the house.

The staff work hard and do their best to help you find what you need in my opinion. It really upsets me though how some of the customers they have are RUDE and so DISRESPECTFUL to deal with. Well, like people parking in the fire lane which is illegal, and people smoking on the property which that's not supposed to be happening. So some of these people don't pick up their own trash and it takes about five seconds for people to take a buggy in what y'all call shopping carts.

I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE experience in my life! I hate the self checkout! It's way too confusing and not handicap friendly. My niece who is special needs ask for a price check for a face mask that was at counter, the cashier walked passed without even looking my niece and told her to go to check it herself. Which would have meant she would have to leave the long line and do a self price check. Then the signs are confusing, up top where I could from six feet and from my wheelchair said cash and debit. All the others were taken, do I went to that one. When I got there it was debit only but I had cash. So now I'm REALY UPSET. I to get back in-line then check out. The was no one at the counter to take my money. I am now getting vocal, then and only the did someone come and ask what can I do for you, but in a very condescending way! I said this is not working! She again was not nice and repeated herself. She could see that I was in a wheelchair and my niece has special needs, told me if my attitude didn't change I would have to leave the store! So that is exactly what I did! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Not have having cashiers doesn't WORK! There should be a choice!

Used to prefer this pharmacy for small items. After today, and knowing they will only allow you to use self check out with credit or exact cash only, I won’t be back for quite a while. I asked specifically for someone to help me with check out, and was told they are no longer doing that. I checked out my own items, all while visibly upset. The registers are way too close together, and I don’t want to pay for my items and THEN have to do the work of checking myself out on a machine that other people have touched. (Apparently, the virus really doesn’t move sideways) Also, stop perpetuating the idea that there’s a coin shortage. It’s bull.

They are so helpful and friendly in the pharmacy. Tride and true! So good! I was out of state and the pharmacy held my prescription so it wouldn't go back into stock and be ready for me when I got back. Very smart and kind service.

Wish I could do 0 stars Very very rude pharmacy staff. miss rude INA or however u spell it... needs to be fired for sure. How dare you. Hung up on me twice being very snippy and having huge attitude. Was a landline so cannot pull the I could y hear me bull. Sorry I know it's hard to do ur actual job but hey try it once on a while. People will be much happier with u and the rest of your rude staff of rude girls . Ladies gossip and are so snippy rude while they think were on hold. Whoops. You weren't. Then make us do there job they seem to like putting their jobs on the customer. Constant for me anyway. They have outdated info all the time and are 2 steps behind. I've never had such a hard time picking up my meds that my insurance pays a pretty penny on. I advise rite or Walgreens as a much better pharmacy. This location They pass judgements and discriminate. Without knowing someone or their past how dare you nasty hearted ladies judge, who are you anyway. Overrated jobs your pill counters and cashiers. Nice to know you can humble yourself for your caring jobs. Make up different rules depending on caller. My husband and I proved this by calling same day same problem.. fixed for one and not for the other. No reason except they like to make rules up. It fun I bet to send everyone on wild goose chases. when they should be helping not laughing and getting off on customers problems . I'm sick by the way I was treated hung up on several times by the chick clique. in there and was not till I spoke to the actual pharmacist was I then treated with respect. Terrible.

Just saw a young, inexperienced nurse at the minute clinic. She sent me to the ER for an issue that they told me she could have easily assisted me with. I wasted an hour of my time and she also had a snippy attitude. They should get the woman who is usually there back.
