They were having equipment issues, but since my package was ready to go i was still able to get in and out ok.

Great service. Very easy to ship a large computer monitor that I had packed myself. I was nervous but the associate made it easy! (And it arrived safe and intact at its destination.)

There is no FedEx on site at this location. It is a bookstore and they thought I was nuts. I had to show them their location is listed. Great used book, cd and DVD store tho!
