Iv been a customer of gcet for a little over 6 years and there service has been mediocre at best. Iv had my internet go down multiple times and the 200 mgbps is slow in today's standards and I never even hit that number. Customer service has been one guy if there's more I haven't talked to them and all he can do is send out some one or reset your wifi. What tops it all off it they will charge you a service fee and try make it out like they could charge you more.
Horrible wifi and another customer gone.

Lost internet for the 6th time in 3 weeks

This company is great! Cheap, reliable, fast internet from a local company and customer service is amazing. You can still call and get an actual human on the phone very easily, which you can’t say for most companies anymore.

Only issue I have had was the wifi cut in and out a few times but that was during a thunderstorm and a snowstorm. So besides that, I've been very pleased with everything. Better than Xfinity and dish network!

Great customer service, and good consistent pricing.
Would be 5 stars if they simplified their network by providing 100% fiber connectivity. Whoever chose wireless for home internet in leafy suburbs made a poor decision. Why not offer fiber direct when trees are in the way? Why not offer fiber direct if/when customers are willing to pay an additional install fee?

I have been with GCET since they started and have been very happy with the services they provide. My internet is cheap, fast, and reliable... only $48 per month! (No hidden fees or change in bill that you constantly see with companies like comcast). Rose is so great in customer service too. You really cannot beat the price or customer service!

Better service than the big brand competition and customer service that can’t be beat. One of the employees was walking in my neighborhood and noticed out equipment had been moved during construction and that it was outdated. She called me the next work day and had the equipment updated and realigned.

We have this WiFi and it's AWESOME!! We have the package that is good enough if you have 1 to 2 people who can share it. We get 5G speed with our phones and 2G on our older laptops. So as long as you are around your house or working in your yard or garden with wireless headphones. So then you can walk around with no problems and listen to your music etc. ❤?❤?
