The older woman was so rude to me. The whole time in the chair was awkward. She’s grouchy and miserable. I’ve found another salon as I don’t want to get stuck with her again. She also has a smell about her, like needing a shower. Animal hair all over her pants too

Catherine has many horrible reviews. Why does she still have a job here? Children, and adults have bad interactions. Parents ask for simple things and she does what she wants. A lil boy with beautiful curly hair went in for a TRIM and she butchered his hair. Absolutely horrible people skils, and horrible at listening to what they want.

I got a really bad haircut at a local “fancy” salon in downtown Greenfield. My bangs were completely uneven and weird looking; I was really upset. Luckily, a stylist at Great Clips was able to seat me right away the next day, and he fixed my hair up as best as he could given how short everything now was to work with. I was really happy with the result.
There wasn’t much left to work with at that point, so I appreciated that the stylist at Great Clips at least made my haircut look less haphazard and ridiculous.

Depend on who you get.. This last one was absolutely terrible! Running the clippers so fast it was pulling my hair. Had a long clump of hair that was missed right in the front and a bunch of other strays that I had to trim myself when I got home. Can still see the lines from the fade that were not blended well at all.

I went in asking for a simple fade and to clean up my beard the woman who helped me was very rude the whole time then she proceeded to cut off a whole inch of my beard when I specifically said moments before I like the length I just want the scraggly hairs cut and it’s above my jaw line on one side and below it on the other side. Then complained when I asked her to fix it. I left promptly without leaving a tip worst haircut ever I’ll never go back

Not impressed. Clearly the older woman who was the only one working I will add, was having a rough day. So I thought before seeing these other reviews. I use to go to this spot bimonthly never seen this woman before but always willing to give a new person a shot. Simple cut, nothing crazy nothing more than ten mins. This was hella rushed, she was telling an older man to stop talking while making conversation. Still left a generous tip becuase we all ahve bad days but had I seen the previous reviews I would have picked another spot. A shame that Franklin county work ethic is at an all time low.

I went to get a faded sides and a textured top and the lady who cut my hair(had long white hair) was unprofessional and asked no questions, I showed her what I wanted and she took 1 glance and started shaving the sides of my head and didn’t ask how long I wanted the top and just cut really short making it uneven and horrible looking

I have ever posted a review for anything before. I have been going to great clips for couple years now and for the most part would always rate it 9/10. But today was the worst hair cut experience i have ever had. The same older woman in the previous review, who i have never seen working before by the way. Was extremely rude, uncaring, and not only gave me the worst haircut I have ever had going to great clips but it was painful...and even though she had me twitch because of the pain she caused using the clippers she did not care. She stopped 3 times to get the music she wanted on and continued to complain under her breath. She cared more about her alexa not playing her music then she did to the only customer in the salon. She was annoyed and rushed everything. By the time it was to late to have her stop cutting the damage had been done and my hair was already gone and at that point I wanted to badly to get away feom this woman i did not say a word. She absolutely didn't deserve a tip, although I still gave one. Once again I have never posted a review for ANYTHING, but I could not hold back and not say something about this. I'm sorry but this woman should not be working there.

Am super grateful to have found this spot! Have now been going for a few years. Christina does an Amazing job & is super sweet. Love the price point & that it only takes around 20 mins. Personally have found them super easy to work with in accommodating my disability, so the negative reviews are a bit surprising. For what you’re paying maybe peoples’ expectations are a bit unreasonable? Idk. I really like this place.

I go to the Greenfield great clips and absolutely love Catherine!!! Give the perfect fade and cut I love and in and out quickly always with a great conversation and she's so relatable and the best cuts ✂️ I've had anywhere!
Stylist: I always go to Catherine she is the absolute best by far! In and out super, and always a great conversation and amazing personality onto of a perfect fade and cut ✂️ she is the best I've found yet??

Usually I have great experiences here. One bad one a few months ago almost kept me from coming back. I gave Great Clips another shot after getting verbal abuse from a different employee (Catherine) last time. Almost no wait this time, Aiden gave a good haircut, and the price was right. Couldn't expect better. I will just continue to call every time I go from now on to be sure Catherine isn't working that day.
Beware of Catherine, though! Not sure why any business would keep her working there after all the stuff she's done (seriously, read the reviews!) I talked with the (owner?)(manager?) after my bad experience and she basically told me she had no new stylists applying so she was stuck with this unkind employee. It was clear from talking to her there had been repeated complaints. If I was the owner I would much sooner reduce hours til a new stylist is hired than keep an employee who was so aggressively unkind to paying customers. Between the bad reviews, word of mouth, and losing their business this location stands to lose a lot more. Plus, in this economy I imagine the other employees will be more likely to quit after having to work with her. They'd probably welcome the extra hours and tips they'd get with her gone.

Went in with high hopes, but the customer service was horrible! I never write reviews but this place had such horrible customer service that I had to. There was an older lady who cut my moms hair and she first put a dirty gown on my mom and was ready to go (you could literally see the previous person’s hair ALL OVER). I requested a clean gown and she said “well you’re not gonna find a clean one without any hair”. I was shocked because I had never encountered this kind of a situation before. I insisted and she finally got a clean one. I didn’t even get to know her name because she was so rude. She took 10 mins max for the whole haircut and my mom has long hair and we asked for layers. Overall really bad experience, please don’t be appealed by their low prices. (Also note: I went in for my haircut too but after seeing the horrible service with my mom I decided to not let them touch my hair).
