This bank should NOT be allowed to be in business. They have shut down my card multiple times and stranded me during work travel. They have blocked my account. There is no notification or reason given. No contact from the bank. I have gone through this issue many times and turned on notifications. We are Greenfield home owners with substantial incomes and have our mortgage through them and they treat us like criminals. If it wasn't for credit cards and family members bailing us out when they randomly cancel access to our accounts we would be in dire straits and stuck. I would avoid this bank at all costs. It is not worth it. The management has been beyond rude, do not call us back and have NEVER APOLOGIZED. I am afraid to go places and have anxiety when I want to spend money. I am always worried about being stranded. I am making a complaint about them to the state.

This local bank has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Pleasant, efficient and helpful in persona nd on the phone. And this bank is very active in supporting the community. We have savings, checking and safe deposit box here. Highly recommended.

The absolute worst online banking system known to man. There always seems to be an error with anything you try to do and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to use this bank.

Even tho it is bit far for meI haven't moved to a bank closer because I have been treated so exceptionally. Great customer service, special plans for seniors,($5.00 fee for a bounced check), and More!Thanks Greenfield Bank.

Stay away. My elder parent has a hard time with finances and the employees there are trained to not allow a loved one to stand by and assist. This is an awful place for an elder person to trust with their savings.

I tried to get a venmo transaction through that was blocked, I ended up calling the bank 6 times over three days. three calls to the call center and each time I was told the problem was Venmo and they couldn't do anything about it. I even spoke to a supervisor who told me the same thing. I finally called the Senior VP of operations and the president and left a message. I spoke to the VP and she was surprised to hear about this and reiterated that the problem was Vanmo, I was insistent that the problem was definitely the bank and that Venmo had confirmed this, she finally told me she would call me back. Later she did call and left a message that the problem had indeed been their fraud blocking software, and had finally been resolved. It took me three days, and 6 phone calls to do a simple venmo transaction... that I had done multiple times before with no problem. My time was wasted and they were wrong and there is clearly an institutional problem with communication at this bank and I am not confident it will be resolved.

Tried to open a checking account. Like most people, don't walk around with a birth certificate. Instead of simply telling us that we couldn't open a checking account without a birth certificate, the teller and her manager decided to have a conversation behind a locked door while giving us suspicious, furtive glances despite us having shown MULTIPLE pieces of identification and having multiple accounts with Greenfield savings already. When teller came back she didn't say anything. Then they went BACK behind the locked door. Finally just told them that we would come back another time. Have never had any issues at any other GSB locations, but def don't recommend this one.

Small local bank and everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've been a customer for 10+ years and have had nothing but good experiences. They don't have ridiculous fees like some of the other big banks charge.

Been trying to get my refund from this bank for the last few weeks. They refuse to acknowledge my receipt from Amazon stating they processed a refund to this bank, and yet Greenfield Savings Bank states they never received the funds to put back into my account. I fear they will be stealing my $150 and the only way I can make them give me my money back is to team up with Amazon to force them to do so.... so sad to see such incompetence. As soon as this bank gives me my money back I'm closing my accounts. They shouldn't be in business if they lose their receipts and don't know where the money is coming in from.... two years ago this bank was great. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is the thanks I get for my business. Words can't describe how disappointed I am in this business, and the way they have handled this issue.
