“Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay somewhere in the area that is in one of the few towns on Rt2 from North Adams to Greenfield. The other hotels are in the middle of nowhere and the bed-and-breakfast style don’t guarantee a bathroom in your room. I almost stayed at one of them and had a strange interaction with the owner who in the end gaslit me.
The Hilton was less expensive and assured I had my own bathroom;also a fridge in room.
The Hilton was safe, surprisingly quiet, considering how close it is to the highway. There is a grocery store across the street which had a great beer selection. The Hilton had a free breakfast, which was supported by a very caring staff who clearly took pride in their work. In short, it’s a sure thing. You definitely need that when you’re on the road.”

“Didn't stay, just there for brunch. The food was good, they made a second creme brulee for my Mom because it was overcooked. Nice staff, very clean. Very limited street parking but a lot around back.”
