The Pharmacist /manager Pierce is the absolute best . He goes above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and helping find me alternative products / manufacturers for meds when I can’t tolerate due to allergies. He is funny and kind and makes you feel like a friend not a customer!

RACIST MANAGEMENT. We stopped in Sunday afternoon to get a COVID test so our daughter could go to camp. We had an appointment. The VERY kind phamacist told us that we needed to find a different test so we sat in the chairs to the far right of the counter to cool off from the 94 degree heat to use our phones to scramble to find another testing location. We bought drinks for our family because it was 94 degrees. Only 1 other patron was in the store. The manager, JASMINE, came over to ask if we needed something. I said, we were here to get a test but it was the wrong type. She said, "I think they have those at CVS or Walgreens". I said, Thank you. She continued to stare at our myself, my husband and 2 kids. She said, "You're just sitting now." OK... your point? It's start to dawn on me... I see where she's coming from-- I said, "You started off sounding like you were trying to be helpful. But now you're just being rude. Do you need something?? If not You can GO now." She finally huffed and stormed off. There was NO ONE ELSE near the pharmacy. We were out of the way. It was 94 degrees outside. We had an APPOINTMENT and had PURCHASED drinks. But Becky-- I mean-- JASMINE-- decided she didn't want us using up all her air conditioning for the whole 7 minutes we sat quietly in the chairs while we tried to find a place to get the test we actually needed. There is only 1 reason, someone would try to hurry someone out of "her" store when NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were in our area or hardly in the store, while we sat peacefully with our 12 and 15 yo children trying to resolve a situation. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be bullied out of a store by rude RACIST manager even if you are a paying customer.

Worst experience ever at a store. Jasmine in the Greenfield store was rude, condescending and just awful! I hope you pull up the video from her. She should not work with customers whatsoever. I’ve been a business owner for over 25 years so believe me when I say she is a liability to your company.

We are visiting out of town and my son got sunburned. I needed some aloe gel and they had some. The store was very clean and I was able to find what I needed without any help. The cashier was nice. Just you basic drug store.

Really like this store. It's spacious, clean, well stocked and maintained, and the employees are generally very friendly. Sometimes it feels like the pharmacy doesn't have enough help to keep things moving efficiently and preventing long lines from forming. It may not be their fault however consider the economic situation and the inability for businesses to find workers due to unemployment benefits due to covid

Not greated at the door. Cashier was too busy talking to two people and leaning on counter. Girl sitting on the floor in the make up section with a tote between her legs looking puzzled. Lots of empty spots on shelves all over the store. The one item I was looking for dryel was no where to be found. No associate asked if I needed help. So much for customer service that Rite Aid says they make a priority.

Weirdly, there is always some kind of hangup with my prescription. This is how it goes: I call the automatic refill and it either says there is no prescription or the prescription has no refills. I call my doctor who verifies the prescription has been sent. I try to call the pharmacist to confirm. The phone is never answered, no voice mail and loops back to the original message I know they are busy but that is a ridiculous system for customer communication. I'm out.
