Rubber Duck Tech Repair is a great shop with an awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly crew. They provide fast, attentive service and reasonable prices. The staff is very cordial and helpful, taking time to give good explanations of the technical process. They handle phone and laptop repairs, including data recovery, with a quick turnaround. While very busy, they could improve on updating customers if a job takes longer than expected. Overall, they are experts in their field and customers highly recommend them, stating they would go back.
IPad had been dropped with ding in the frame and screen broken. RubberDuck managed to fix it anyway, in the time they predicted, at a very reasonable price, and even threw in a more protective case. I am happy to recommend their services. Very good experience.
