The staff is very cordial and helpful, taking time to give good explanations of the technical process. They handle phone and laptop repairs, including data recovery, with a quick turnaround. While very busy, they could improve on updating customers if a job takes longer than expected. Overall, they are experts in their field and customers highly recommend them, stating they would go back.
Great shop, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was told by friends that I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for data recovery on a broken device, but Rubber Duck Tech Repair was able to fix it in a very reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price.
