This typical Staples is conveniently located with ample parking and knowledgeable staff, but it's expensive and product selection is limited. Unless you need a specialty item you're better off at a department store, which Greenfield doesn't appear to have, which is probably why they're still in business.

Worked in a copy center for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield..26,000 copies a day..computer generated.Customer service seemed overwhelmed by previous large order. When finished, I just wanted my order of business cards and postcards...I failed to completely proof the business card...wrong phone # and email. Will not go back...due to female CSR

terrible customer service , 3 employees talking in copy center . refused to make me 30 copies no time , told me to make them on my own . i had no reading glasses on me , couldnt see the keys on the printer . takes 2 minutes to make 30 copies . absolutely never going back . UPS store at 21 mohawk trail was glad to help

I used the copy centers had a few things that I needed do to traffic accidents the staff was extremely busy but worked together like a team and got everything accomplished I had a lot on my mind & left my documents the nice young fellow made sure to call me I think that’s great & speaks volumes on how good these employees are & it’s not easy dealing with the public.Sincerely,Christopher Chadwick

These people were super helpful. We had a delivery issue with Amazon (not even their responsibility) yet they were helping us figure out how to contact them and explain why the delivery failed etc.

I purchased an external hard drive online for a one hour pickup. It was a Sunday morning, so it usually is not as busy. Two hours had gone by with no response, so I decided to go there an see was it issue was. Upon entering the store it was pretty barren. I went to the online pickup counter and see three employees standing around talking. The woman behind the counter said the order wasn't even picked yet. What is the point of one hour pickup if I have to ask for it two hours later. Just seems to me that with their workload it should have been no longer than 10 minutes.

Staples not a bad place They have very good items technicians there are very good They can maintain your computer very well I know I took Minds there. Before I did I was going to throw It away but that technician save my computer. Am very grateful, Because Then I didn't have to buy another one.

Excellent service and excellent prices. Even though I came in 10 min before closing, the night before Christmas Eve, I was greeted with an incredible welcome at the printing desk and received enthusiastic, thoughtful, caring support for my printing job. It came out great and the price was perfect.
