Technician was professional and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Only complaint I have is having to pay more money because I am a tank exchange. I just switched to Suburban and am paying more.

We switched to Suburban because of their willingness to talk us through a complicated installation. In general, they're personable humans who have now installed 2 tanks and a heater for us and it was a pleasant experience the entire time.
