I had the same thing happen to me as the lady with the dress. I told them I wanted Only "DRY CLEANING DONE " and guess what "nope" and I was pissed! I did write a review and I'm sure they didn't like it but oh well!!

small town touch & ecological dry-cleaning - not only do they offer a lower environmental impact dry-cleaning service, but they went above and beyond and called me when I totally spaced and left my suit there for almost a year. Mystery solved! lol
