I always have excellent service at my bank every time. That is why I will never bank anywhere else.

One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with...they told me I had to put a certain amount of money in every month...not a problem they were my main bank....but every month I'd be negative on my statement...I finally got fed up and asked...they said no you have to maintain that amount every month...the last time I went there and asked why the teller offered me a statement....then charged me for that statement...virtually guaranteeing I'll pay another "service fee" because that statement dropped me below that threshold...oh and unlike most banks who do not charge for balance inquiries they charge 3 dollars and in some cases charged me two separate charges of 3 dollars...

Recently, I had interest buying gold bars or coins and I noticed you can buy them at td banks. So I called them ahead to make an appointment or if they had them in stock or something. The lady who answered the phone had no idea even seemed puzzled about if they even carry the gold at the banks. She said they had never carried gold. Is that true? Lol

Been banking with them for about 15 years now! Good people and good service! They have been there for us when we have had some issues and they helped to resolve them! Like the fact that they offer 2 atm's; drive up and walk-in! Nice spacious bank!

Let me tell you a little story about TD Bank. Last week I set up a link between my TD bank checking account and another checking account at a local credit union. To do this, TD bank has an online form that you fill out. Then they deposit two small amounts in the external account. You log back into TD bank and tell them how much the deposits are for, and if you are right, they setup the link. Pretty standard, and I was able to setup the link. Three days ago I used this link to

Terrible bank overall and this one is especially bad. Had to wait over and hour to sit and wait for a "supervisor" to be free to fix the problem of double charging my account. Would never go here again after it happened 2 more times

All I needed to do was unlock my online account. The branch had to call their own customer service and made me wait 30mins. After 30mins I gave up and left but no one knew how to fix such a simple problem.

They have been there for me through the last year since I moved here. I don't normally write reviews but I feel compelled to share. When I got a bank check for my apartment out here I was nervous and they made me laugh and helped flip my anxiety into excitement. When I got a bank check to buy my new car they were there to share my excitement as well! Every experience in between has been equally pleasant. While telling the teller how he's help me before and appreciate all of them for what they do; the manager happened to be next to me and overheard. She was so grateful and appreciative of the good verbal compliment it literally struck a tear in her eye. It just goes to show how awesome people can be when they actually care. Highly recommended

Usually, I wouldn't think to review a bank, but we had such a good experience at TD Banknorth in Greenfield, that I couldn't not review it. I mean, I would want you, Trusted Yelper, to have the same experience at a bank. Our teller, Kimberly Arel, was so friendly and helpful -- telling us not only about bank policy for the account we were opening, but also about the area, that we left feeling really happy -- not only about choosing TD Banknorth, which offers unlimited ATM access and doesn't offer monthly checking fees like that evil, corporate Bank of America, as long as you keep the balance above a certain amount, but about our new found home. She told us about The Siren Cafe, down the block, and the People's Pint, and about local farms to get produce and dairy products since we love supporting local agriculture. We felt right at home and left feeling thrilled! In a bank! And, then, unexpectedly, a few days later, Kimberly sent us a booklet with a list of local farms. She added a note that said she hoped the information would help. That's friendliness beyond usual bank service. It doesn't get better than this.
