I live in Vermont, work in Greenfield, so I've passed by this place dozens of times. Stopped in on one of the hottest days of the year thus far, got my tires swapped out in an hour and was on my way again. Diligent and friendly service from the whole crew. Thank you, and stay hydrated guys! 10/10

I don’t really wanna share my experience. But they helped me in the worst of times. They made sure I had safe reliable tires when I couldn’t afford it. It’s been about 12 years and I’m still forever grateful.
I only buy here. Loyal customer that can afford new tires now! And have since 2013!
Actually bought new set of snow tires in February. Two kept going flat. One was constantly going flat before we got new tires. Apparently the stems had issue and they didn’t even charge me to replace them.

Nick blamed me for his own fault of not ordering the proper tires when I did in fact bring the car in for him to see beforehand so that he can order the very specific tires that I needed. I don’t appreciate a business who has employees that lie and will never go back.

Excellent customer service with prices highly competitive with online tire prices. I’m a repeat customer and can’t recommend enough this tire shop. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and honest and will genuinely look out for you in regards to tire choice. I strongly recommend shopping here instead of online. These people have seen tons of tires and know how each brand and style wears, drives, and reacts in varying road conditions. You’ll also save about $20 on the installation of the tire which will mean your end cost compared to buying online will be almost exactly the same. Just show up (no appointment needed here) and they’ll have you in and out quickly. I had all 4 tires changed in under 40 minutes and have only had to wait once for a brief amount of time. Absolutely go here before anywhere else!

Took my vehicle here after leaving Firestone Northampton. Firestone told me they had recently replaced four lug bolts and the other 16 were rusted and swollen. This would cost me over $200. Seemed fishy all 16 were suddenly bad. Tire warehouse found “a few” to be starting to rust but changed the tires over for $79 and said down the road might need some new ones.
Tire warehouse would have charged me $138+ for the same changeover and did not quote a price for me but signed the customer agreement “verbal authorization” in the signature line on an agreement that I never saw. I would have left for that price alone. I’m grateful Tire warehouse is honest. I have two adult children that take their vehicles there as well and I will in the future.
