Great Customer Service I had 4 tires needed to be mounted these guys were nice ? and got it done quick Now this is a real tire shop I originally went to Pete's Tire in Northampton and the guys there wouldn't even give me the time of day I will never buy anything from Pete's Tire I will be doing all my business with Tire Warehouse of Greenfield for now on and anyone I can tell

I'd give them six stars if I could. They are great. The night before I had to leave for a 400 mile trip I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires. I called at least six other places and they all said they were too busy to help me. Tire Warehouse told me to come by and they would try to fit me in. They were incredible. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and with a very reasonable price. They saved my day. Very friendly people, too.

I had to buy 4 tires in order to pass inspection, so I popped in to price them out. I chose some lower end tires since I haven't driven my car as much since I retired. After I selected them, I was offered 2 used tires that had little wear that would save me about $150. I really appreciated the offer but opted to continue with the new tires. I was very appreciative that they would take such an interest in helping me save some money. Tire Wearhouse is a great place to do business and is the ONLY locally family owned tire store left in Greenfield.If you found this review helpful, please let me know by tapping the thumbs up. They don't care about service. All they want is bigger profit margins on selling over priced tires by price gouging on service only customers.

Very friendly and helpful! Took off my winter tires and put on the summer tires. Called me when there was an issue and finished on time all at a reasonable price. Will definitely be back.

I pulled up requesting help during business hours and the workers just stared at me through the window until I got frustrated and left and then when I called and asked if they were open the man seemed very confused and said well we're not a drive-up you have to come in so I do not advise this facility if you want to be treated respectfully
