The United States Postal Service in Greenfield, MA, offers standard postal services, including passport processing, in a building located next to the local library. Customers can find free parking for up to 15 minutes in front of and alongside the building. Service experiences vary; some customers find lines long and note that staff can sometimes be unhelpful or appear jaded, especially when questions are asked. Others mention that staff are generally friendly and helpful, providing good service despite the building's less appealing appearance. Shipping supplies are limited, so it is recommended to buy supplies elsewhere if possible. While the overall experience is often average, the location's convenience and helpful staff are positives, though wait times and interactions can sometimes be frustrating.
Sometimes the line can get a little long with only one person being upfront taking care of business aside from that I have nothing negative to say how about our post office here in Greenfield Mass ?

Honestly I don't usually have any issues here other than long lines, Recently I was shipping something and didn't fully understand what the woman was trying to say to me. She instantly acted as if I was being unreasonable for asking her a question. It was frustrating, because I feel I was being polite.

Standard post office with passport services. It’s in a beautiful building right next to the local library. Smaller selection of boxes and shipping supplies than I expected. I might recommend shopping beforehand instead of getting them there, unless you are shipping in flat rate boxes.
