Fantasic location! Everyone is always top notch here! Always pleasant, professional, and respectful! Major thanks to Dennis, the store manager, as well as Judy, Brad, and Mike for the excellent customer service!
Haven't personally used many of the available UPS services (notary, mailbox, copying/printing), but they seem to be quite comprehensive with what they offer! (Have primarily opted for the access point pickup option, and have also shipped a few things. Always a very positive experience, though!) But, have - on occasion - interacted with other customers while there, and have heard the other services offered here are very well handled!
All in all, a highly recommended location!

This store has an amazing & very kind team of people working for them! All valuable assets to the company and to every person they assist! Always happy to help! Mike and Brad are willing to carry heavy packages that I cannot seem to manage on my own! Kristin was so kind when she did our notaries and Liv and Judy never greet us without a smile! Thank you for all that you do and your exceptional customer service!

The Greenfield, Massachusetts UPS store has, by far, the friendliest, most efficient staff I have come across in a long time. I am talking in comparison to many other businesses, not just within UPS stores.
There are other UPS stores I could use, but I almost invariably choose the Greenfield, Massachusetts store.

I called them yesterday about a package I needed to ship and wothout hesitation, they listened to my questions and answered them in the most courteous and thorough way. When I brought my package today, the store staff was highly polite, only concerned about me the customer and nice conversation. We have no UPS store in our town and as a former retail store manager it is exactly how I would want my store to be. I would love to own a store such as this!!!

The store owner Dennis and the assistant manager Kristen were very helpful and friendly. Everything worked out fine for my packages to Germany. I felt like my items were in good hands. Definitely recommend using this location.

This UPS Store was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure we got the best deal possible when shipping our items and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
