The BEST EVER service my husband and I have ever had. Theses lovely people were able to process and finish more than what the main customer service (through phone) people promise. Especially when oh yeah my call and never call back even though I was on a call back list.

my ex husband came in to get off my account and start his own. The manager said he wasn’t an “authorized account user” so he couldn’t do that, but she encouraged him to change my account. He added 3 devices and my bill went from 160 to 675. I found out this isn’t even a real Verizon. They’re a reseller and they make commissions which is probably why they sold him everything under the sun. I went to the nearest real Verizon and they are working on trying to make things right. This greenfield place is full of thieves and sleepy sales people. They should be ashamed of themselves. I also reached out. To corporate Verizon to make them aware of this manager’s ILLEGAL sales tricks.

Staff at store were knowledgeable and helpful, but the interface between verizon making appointment and store personnel is awkward (store personnel don’t receive any of the information that we gave Verizon over the phone, which limits efficiency).

The man in the dress was yelling at a customer when I got there and told me they couldn’t help me transfer my account to a business account. The store didn’t even have any demo phones out. The displays were all blank. Went to Hadley and the atmosphere was way more professional and welcoming. They informed me that the greenfield store isn’t even a real Verizon store, and they spend half their time in Hadley cleaning up Greenfield's messes.

I stopped in here on a whim because I thought my screen was cracked. Wow, amazing customer service! It wasn’t cracked, just my screen protector. Stacy did not try to upsell me at all, and she helped my get some discounts that I qualified for but was unaware of. Go here! Stacy is wonderful!
