Just the pits. Dirty. Understaffed. Anyone who is working - and its always different people because people flee once they find out they will be in charge of an entire drug store by themselves for their entire shift - looks like they are just trying to muscle their way through a tedious 8 hours. Nobody says "thank you". Nobody says "you're welcome". Everyone looks sullen. The pharmacy is a chaotic mess. Stop and buy some of the acres of sugar and junk food and then in a couple of years you can start coming in for your diabetes medicine as well. The worst of Greenfield's three bad chain drug stores. I know. Covid was hard. It was hard on everyone. But these BILLION dollar companies who MAKE A LARGE PROFIT from viruses and illness have decided that barely running a store remotely via computer and paying people the minimum is the most cost-effective way for them to make a lot of money. And it makes their stores horrible.

I brought in my Rx refill a day early, so that if there were any insurance issues, they would have time to address them with the insurance company. They forgot to initiate the renewal until after close of business the next day, and as a result, I had to pay out of pocket. They were "really sorry", but I was the one who got to pay for their mistake.

So far. This is the favorite pharmacy here. It's very clean, with public restroom, price is not bad and most staff are very friendly
