RACIST MANAGEMENT. We stopped in Sunday afternoon to get a COVID test so our daughter could go to camp. We had an appointment. The VERY kind phamacist told us that we needed to find a different test so we sat in the chairs to the far right of the counter to cool off from the 94 degree heat to use our phones to scramble to find another testing location. We bought drinks for our family because it was 94 degrees. Only 1 other patron was in the store. The manager, JASMINE, came over to ask if we needed something. I said, we were here to get a test but it was the wrong type. She said, "I think they have those at CVS or Walgreens". I said, Thank you. She continued to stare at our myself, my husband and 2 kids. She said, "You're just sitting now." OK... your point? It's start to dawn on me... I see where she's coming from-- I said, "You started off sounding like you were trying to be helpful. But now you're just being rude. Do you need something?? If not You can GO now." She finally huffed and stormed off. There was NO ONE ELSE near the pharmacy. We were out of the way. It was 94 degrees outside. We had an APPOINTMENT and had PURCHASED drinks. But Becky-- I mean-- JASMINE-- decided she didn't want us using up all her air conditioning for the whole 7 minutes we sat quietly in the chairs while we tried to find a place to get the test we actually needed. There is only 1 reason, someone would try to hurry someone out of "her" store when NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were in our area or hardly in the store, while we sat peacefully with our 12 and 15 yo children trying to resolve a situation. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be bullied out of a store by rude RACIST manager even if you are a paying customer.

We are visiting out of town and my son got sunburned. I needed some aloe gel and they had some. The store was very clean and I was able to find what I needed without any help. The cashier was nice. Just you basic drug store.

Weirdly, there is always some kind of hangup with my prescription. This is how it goes: I call the automatic refill and it either says there is no prescription or the prescription has no refills. I call my doctor who verifies the prescription has been sent. I try to call the pharmacist to confirm. The phone is never answered, no voice mail and loops back to the original message I know they are busy but that is a ridiculous system for customer communication. I'm out.

I would give 1 star to the pharmacy and 4 to the store, so I thought 3 was a fair compromise. I would stay far from the pharmacy. They don't have a lot of medications in stock and need to order them. Some of the staff have been less than nice. I had to fill an inhaler for my daughter recently and thought I'd use them because it's closer to my house than CVS and figured they should have an inhaler in stock since it's a pretty common thing. Went to pick it up and they needed my daughters insurance. No problem, gave them the card but they claimed the insurance wasn't valid. I had just got a different prescription for her at CVS a few weeks prior and had no issues. I explained that I knew it was valid and that my daughter needed the inhaler right away (she was very ill) and asked what I needed to do. The pharmacist was very rude and accused me saying that I must have thrown away paperwork I got in the mail from the insurance company and that's how it got canceled. What? Anyways. I ended up calling the insurance company while I was there and they couldn't figure out why the pharmacy was saying it wasn't valid because it was. Had to give the phone to the pharmacist so they could try a bunch of different codes in the computer. So bizarre. I had no issue with that at CVS. Will never fill a script there again. The store itself is fine. Good overall selection of pharmacy-type goods and reasonable pricing.
