Staff are both friendly and unfriendly. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. When they are unfriendly, it’s really bad. They can be quite judgmental. They never answer the phone. It goes to voicemail which is full all the time. Sometimes I have called for hours and can’t reach anybody. Have been to many Shaws pharmacies and they all are wonderful. This is the only one I have ever had an issue with. I’d go elsewhere

Pharmacy staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.
The store, however, is awful!! Bad smells, expired products, and overworked employees.

I love this pharmacy! All of the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if you have questions. They are very efficient and you don’t have 15 people standing in line and the phone automated system going off every 2 minutes. It’s really nice to have them in our area! Thank you for all you do!

Staff are friendly. Management however should be ashamed of themselves for how this store is run... Always check the expiration dates, because the shelves are filled w expired product that's not checked by staff that's already struggling to keep up with other demands like cashiering. I once purchased dip at this Shaw's that was so expired it had mold on top when I opened the sealed lid. Haven't had the guts to buy that same kind of dip in the 2 years since that incident, to be entirely honest. The prices here tend to run high as well, but it is generally quieter than Market Basket, albeit also shorter staffed. I don't think I've been here recently when there's been more than a couple registers open, which isn't ideal when there are lots of shoppers around.
Tl;Dr: mixed bag of a store, but if there's nowhere else available near you to go then it'll suffice, and at least the staff are nice.

I like Shaws for certain items I can't find anywhere else. I use their app to get coupons because their prices can be high.

My mom is currently the bakery manger at this store. Each time I would come here, I would always buy a thing or more. I’ve never had a problem. Food is always up to date and staff is very nice. This is always a clean store. Been to other Shaw’s stores and was not at all impressed with it. However the Shaw’s in Groton is always very clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I was at your store today and with everything going on with this virus you have no social distancing measures in place?? Other food stores have placed tape on the floor for how far apart people she be from each other when in the check out line, also none of your staff is wearing gloves and no sanitizing wipes when u walk in

The level service and caring is nothing less than outstanding. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our family for services, advice and prescriptions. Kerry M. and Cy C. always greet me with kindness and understanding. Communications are excellent with text notifications and phone calls to follow up. They make the pharmacy shopping experience pain free! Great job.

They have the egg-free flu shot! It was even covered by my insurance.
Great if you're vegan or allergic to eggs. No flu for me this year!!
