Every time I have an issue and need to go in to the branch, they fake fix the problem. They always say that the issue is approved to be fixed by some other department but they can't do it until tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and the issue isn't fixed and you're given the run around when trying to contact anyone. They used to be great but the past few years they've gone way downhill

FROM DONNA PARKER (on John Parker's email)WCU (Groton office) went through a period where we were unhappy with the service, especially with no one answering the phone!!! FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! She is very knowledgeable and always makes good suggestions to us. She has assisted us many times before her leave, and we are very glad she is back!Thank you! :)The Parkers

Do not use this credit union. I have been trying to have someone from loan servicing cobtact me since 2/2 and their customers dont seem to be a priority anymore. I have sibce closed my accounts with them and hopefully will finally hear back from someone about my issue

Watch your tone Yankee Girl. Right next door there's a business with no mask requirements. Nothing like someone visibly unhealthy talking smack about these masks right now. You changed, you need to have masks. Not everyone is ignorant enough to listen to the news. One of several issues with this bank.
