I use to come here quite frequently but the past 6-7 times I've lost at least $7-$10 on at least one machine if not multiple machines so while the hours may say 6am if you're thinking of using this laundromat I would hold off until the attendant is in the store

Prices have dramatically risen and the place is falling apart. The ladies that work there are super friendly and great to talk to. Such a shame especially since it’s very convenient to where I live.

This is a review of my experience with the self-serve laundromat, not the cleaners attached to the business.Pro: there was plenty of washers and dryers and the laundromat itself was clean. I loved that the dryers were large enough to combine loads of laundry.Cons: Google has the business opening at 5:30AM every day when I researched prior to my visit, so I arrived within a few minutes of the perceived opening. Unfortunately, the hours posted on the door stated that the laundromat opened at 6AM. No big deal, but a bit of consistency would be nice - especially for customers who haven't been there before and are using internet resources like Google to double check open hours.Admittedly, I had quite the number of loads of clothes to do and hadn't anticipated my washer breaking down (who does?). I brought only two rolls of quarters believing that it was all that I needed to wash and dry mine and my kids' clothes. Wrong. To wash only one load of laundry took up just about an entire roll of quarters; not counting drying time. I was blown away as I had four loads of my own clothes and two loads of my kids to do and had to run home to grab more money. I wasn't expecting to spend over $60 just washing the clothes alone, but I was committed to getting this task done and on a time crunch (which was why I was there first thing in the morning). If I could offer a silver lining, I did appreciate that the regular washer had my clothes done in about 20 minutes. That was a huge time saver. This was a valuable, albeit very expensive, lesson for me to learn after everything was said and done. Should my washer break down again, I will be sure to do some more research on other area laundromats to get my clothes washed as I'm not keen on spending another $60+ again. Word for the wise: even if I brought one or two loads, the majority of the washers there run about $10 on average, depending on the size of the washer. Not sure about what the average costs are, but that seems a bit too steep, even for Groveland standards.

I do my laundry here weekly and the washers and dryers here are always immaculate and don't smell given that's it's Groveland and the waters horrible.

Please DON’T have your laundry cleaned by the laundry service here. I paid around $65 to have mine and my spouses clothes cleaned here and some of our CLOTHES WERE MISSING and we also had OTHERS CLOTHES MIXED into ours! I immediately called this place when I was home and realized this and was given the manager, Tinas phone #. Tina assured me that everything will be sorted out and they’re actively seeking who’s clothes ours were mixed with to maybe find our missing clothes. I mean c’mon, like anyone’s going to come forward with our NICE clothes? In the end, nobody came forward so I asked for a full refund as well as compensation for the amount of our missing clothes - seems simple of a solution right? WRONG, Tina, the manager called the owner who offered us $50 cash because we failed with proof of missing clothes. WE BROUGHT DOWN THE STRANGERS CLOTHES OURS WERE MIXED WITH. Sounds like enough proof right??Somehow in the end we PAID $15 to have our clothes stolen and the hassle of a strangers clothes mixed into ours.THERE’S PLENTY OF PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY SERVICES TO GO TO, AVOID THE CHANCE TAKEN ON THIS ONE PLEASE. —I recommend Evergreen Cleaners in Georgetown, they are EXCELLENT.

Lost items/Review/advice:This laundromat is really wonderful. Ever since moving here I have used them while dealing with a debilitating chronic illness and their drop off service has always been friendly budget friendly and really convenient. Recently used the quarter machines and they are clean and I loved the variety of sizes.*HOWEVER*I used their drop of service the week of August 23rd and am very disappointed and upset at how things went. I dropped off my items at drop off as usual and planned to pick them up the next day. When I arrived to pickup my items I noticed that my quilt was in a sealed bag on the shelf with items that were not mine. This was perfectly OK, they removed my quilt and sheets from that bag and left the other person's items on the shelf. Later that week once I put all items away I realized I had some items missing. I called the laundromat on the 27th-ish and informed them, they asked what else was missing. It was hard to tell them specifically and I didn't take inventory of each item in my 80lbs of laundry drop off. I advised so far I can tell I am missing a few t-shirts, and tank tops. I asked them to please call whoever else used their service around then and find out if they had come home to any items that were not theirs. About 4 days later I called back and was told they have not heard from anyone about wrong items received. I waited another week and went in person and asked again, the woman I spoke to just shrugged her shoulders and said no one ever called them back. I left annoyed. I then went home and ripped apart my entire home to find said items. The only thing I found was more missing items. Mostly all of my t-shirts, tanks tops, and bathrobe. While I love this laundromat I am VERY upset at the lack of resolution on their mistake. It seemed when I brought this to their attention they barely seemed to care, I'm not confident they even called other customers to help locate the items. MOST IMPORTANTLY they offered no resolution to me as a customer whether it was money back, a free wash later etc. Instead I am now spending more money than I paid them to replace my items, well over $100 dollars. If anyone happened to get mixed up items, please let me know.If using their drop off service I recommend you count/be sure exactly what you brought there and make sure you get it all back.

Big machines, very clean, attendants are great. We needed to have two large comforters washed, too big for our home machine. Will definitely go there again.
