“I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Boxford Post Office and Postmaster Giana Stachulski. I had ordered a package from Australia on November 30th, with the intention of giving it as a present today, December 20th. However, the USPS tracking updates were sluggish, and I was starting to worry it wouldn’t arrive in time. After submitting a request for my package to be expedited, Giana went above and beyond to make sure I received it.
She personally called me to let me know the package had arrived at the Boxford Post Office, and she assured me that she would carefully search through the parcels to find mine. True to her word, Giana hand-delivered the package to me, ensuring it made it to me on time for my special occasion. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

“Hey a shout out to Nancy working behind the counter today! Give this one a raise! Nancy is very knowledgeable and one of the best at her job! Dumbo me dropped off a UPS package at the counter and she immediately called my cell that luckily was on my return address to alert me of this mistake. Raced back to the PO for pickup and delivery to the UPS office. Thank You Nancy for going above and beyond the Call Of Duty!!!!!!”
“I was pleased to know that such a store existed here in South Lawrence. You can make copies, send faxes, buy supplies and mail packages. No need to run to the post office in Downtown. Very convenient, friendly staff, and very close to the Rt. 495 Mount Vernon exit. I highly recommend.”

“Even with everything happening, my order was going to be sent back because I carelessly put in the wrong address. But when I called they said that they could drop off my package at the right address so it doesn't get sent back and I don't have to come down.”
“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”
