“Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. One time they called me and told me I had a package the was overnighter from the VA at there facility. It was my insulin. Great work.”

“Received excellent customer service today at this location. I phoned with the tracking # of a package that was received in a large shipment with many other packages. “I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

If you’re easily off-put, maybe this location isn’t for you but I look forward to my interactions with the staff at UPS on Turnpike.”
“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”
