Terrible customer service. Deposit cash and the teller gets the manager who wants me explain where it came from like they think I'm some criminal. If it were $100k I could understand but it was less than 2% of that much.

I love the bank the people there are very nice professional friendly I missed dealing with Jake since he moved they have a new Manager hopefully he works out very well I do not care for TD merchant services had a very very bad experience with the lady

Evetime I have a question, no matter how big or small, they always make me feel welcome and help me through my issue. Jake Is by far the best, He has helped take care of all my business banking needs and I appreciate his hard work.

Had a great experience at this branch! Jonathan was super helpful and great to work with. The other tellers seemed very nice and friendly. I'm glad we went here for our notary needs.

This branch is run by utterly incompetent individuals incapable of completing even the simplest of tasks. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Georgetown branch instead.

I dealt with Tom this morning on a couple issues. He was able to resolve them over the phone, get my on-line account working and answer a bunch of questions that I had. Pleasant experience and solid customer service attitude.

Have been going to this bank for several years and had a few bad experiences but normally have no issues. Today I called the bank to ask a simple question and got a very rude response from one of the tellers. Said the question I asked was “common knowledge”, talk about horrible customer service. Not professional at all considering we’re in a pandemic and can’t go to the physical bank.

I received my stimulus check in the mail last week. I am very thankful for it. I went by the bank on Friday and the drive thru line was sooo long. Figured I would wait till Monday ... no big deal. I went today and waited in the drive thru line and at last presented my endorsed Government check and ID card and sent it thru the tube. About 8 minutes later I was told by the teller over the loud speaker that they could not cash the check because I only had 400 dollars in my savin

Went to deposit an e-check that I get from my job. I have deposited this same kind of check from the same distributor for over two years now. The bank refused to deposit it and tried to tell me it is an invalid check. I gave them the paper that comes along with the check to explain what it is/how to deposit it. The teller didn't even look at the sheet but instead told me repeatedly that I cannot deposit it. I explained that I have been depositing these checks for two years now, and the tellers refused to listen to what I was saying.

I walk in to get change and there’s three guys behind desk talking. They the say they got other things to do and leave me waiting for 10 minutes now. I left. Unbelievably bad service.
