I called trying to find a carb for my 80 k1500 and nobody knew what inwas talking about. Autozone up the road had one in stock. No wonder this place is going out of business.

The staff were very helpful. He gave good advice on the benefits of a warranty for the wipers. He also was quick with the installation. I recommend this location .

I went in to get a new battery. It was about 10 minutes to closing, but the guy offered to change the battery anyway and was extremely helpful in general. Not that it matters, but it happened to be my birthday, and I hadn't planned on needing a new battery and didn't know how to change it, so I am so grateful for the help despite the time. Thank you very much for helping my day end on a positive note!

Wanted to get a replacement battery for my key fob. Guy at the counter wouldn't listen to me about how to open up the fob and insisted on prying it open with a screwdriver. After realizing he couldn't access the battery that way, he tried it the correct way and ultimately didn't have a screwdriver small enough to open up the battery casing anyway. I ended up having to get the whole fob replaced at my local dealership because the two halves wouldn't stay together after this incident.

Employee lied about knowing how to replace my headlight and almost broke a piece on my car. I had to argue to get a refund, 3 of the 4 employees were extremely rude and acted like my being annoyed was the issue. 2 of them were outside joking around with friends in the parking lot. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable with their behavior. Will never spend money there again.
