Super quick and easy. Me and my parents went in to get 3 new phones and Ian made the process super easy and quick. He explained everything thoroughly so there was no confusion and got everything transferred from my old phone to my new one fully. Only took about an hour!

Stopped in last week because we had a phone that was carrier locked to AT&T we wanted to move to t-mobile for a more affordable plan. The phone we had was under an AT&T plan 5+ years ago and my boss who was the one needing help (but I translate for her) couldn’t remember the old number she had 5+ years ago and the kid accused us of fraud and said we were showing “all the tell tale signs of fraud” and he couldn’t help us? I used to work in a cellular store several years ago and I was trained for these scenarios and I know how the fraud works and what the signs are. How is asking for help with a carrier lock “fraudulent”? We aren’t trying to buy and product or service just trying to unlock a phone…Because my boss doesn’t speak good English? Or can’t remember a cell phone number she never used from a plan 5 years ago? I truly feel like the kid just didn’t want to help us. He had anime playing on his phone and it seemed we were just interrupting his show and he said what he had to say to get us out. Highly recommend going anywhere else if your looking for genuine professional help!

Excellent experience!!!!! Came in for phone issues and was able to update my plan and was able to give my family members new phones and watches.

Road rage episode by manager “Nick” on Sunday, April 13.
My 90 year old father and long time ATT customer went in to get his iPhone upgraded. Provided drivers license but politely objected to it being scanned and asked for alternative method of verification. Manager Nick said he couldn’t help him then. Customer said, I’ve done it this way before. Nick screamed at him and said “get out of MY store”. When asked why, Nick then said”I’ll call the police”. Completely unprovoked, as customer never was anything but polite and spoke in a soft reasoned tone with no disrespectful comments. Basically a road rage reaction that made him feel unsafe.
The latter part is on video as it was so astonishing. Complaint filed witn ATT corporate.
