Took an hour to get my inspection sticker with only 1 car in front of me, and the other car was already being inspected when I arrived. Took forever and charged me for stuff I didn’t need.

We dropped our car off over a week ago to get fixed.. everyday they say tomorrow and now there phone is jumping straight to voicemail so there is no way we can figure out what's going on with the car! This is not okay.
