My daughter got brakes on her Kia here in June. I put snow tires on this weekend, five lug nuts between the four wheels were finger tight. After loosening the first one with a wrench with no effort I tried all the others by hand, four more came loose, finger tight. They also talked her into rear brakes when she didn't need them. Typical up charging of an unknowledgable young women, sloppy and dangerous work. Manager told me they tightened the lug nuts with an impact and a torque stick. Not good. Never going there again.

Took an hour to get my inspection sticker with only 1 car in front of me, and the other car was already being inspected when I arrived. Took forever and charged me for stuff I didn’t need.

We got our rear brakes done here earlier this month. Driving home the next day on 91 we heard a strange sound... after checking things out we saw all the lug nuts were completely loose on one of the rear tires - I could easily unscrew them with my hand. I don't want to think about what could have happened if the tire came off on the highway.
I'd heard from two other people who had bad experiences here but since my inspections and oil changes had always been fine I didn't think much of it. Well now I definitely won't be going back here. We reported it to the manager but want to warn others to check their work or go somewhere else.

We dropped our car off over a week ago to get fixed.. everyday they say tomorrow and now there phone is jumping straight to voicemail so there is no way we can figure out what's going on with the car!
This is not okay.

Prices are very competitive and wait times aren’t bad at all. There’s a restroom and a large waiting area. It’s a plus that they’re able to do alignments in-house and you don’t have to wait all day for one or even make an appointment!

I get all of my oil changes and state inspections done here, and I’ve always had great experiences. They’re always very nice and straightforward with me, they have never tried to trick me into paying for something I don’t need, and I find their prices for bigger repairs to be very reasonable. They operate on a first come, first served basis so sometimes I am waiting longer than others, but I always bring a book or my computer and headphones so the wait is never an issue for me.

I had issues with my card at self wash.. the attendant came over tried helping.. but card worked in full service... Guy was spot on and friendly.. over all 5 stars
