“GREAT experience at the Amherst Bank of America branch. My friend and I went to open some student checking accounts and walked out with not only cards in our hands and smiles on our faces but a new friend in our hearts. Tiffany was more than helpful and made the usual boring chore of going to the bank a delightful way to spend our afternoon. Thank you Tiffany for all that you have done for us. Wouldn't want to open an account with anybody else. Though, I'm sure, every other employee at this branch is incredibly competent and kindhearted.”

“There actually IS an ATM at "50 College St.", unlike what others are stating in their reviews. It's been there for many years and has hardly had any problems or issues with it. It's within the Blanchard building, though, mainly for student use, and there is very little public/guest parking around that immediate area.”
