The pharmacists are Great. The App. Hasn't worked since last update. I now have to use a go around to place an order or check on prescriptions. Not thrilled with the leave a message and they call back, annoying !

Your telephone tree has always sucked. It’s long it’s complicated and it takes forever to get anything done. Your change to requiring people to leave a message for the pharmacist who return the call within an hour is outrageous. It’s one more obstacle in trying to get their health needs met. I for one will never use it. I’ll either call the doctors line or switch to another pharmacy. Your choice, please redo your telephone survey as I said in the beginning it really just sucks

Absolutely the best pharmacy staff we have ever encountered. If we have questions the pharmacist always takes the time to explain things in a friendly and compassionate manner. The staff remembers who we are and it makes all the difference in the world. Love this pharmacy and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've always had my prescriptions filled in a timely manner here, and dealt with amazing, professional staff. Their star power really shined through once the pandemic hit though. I'm immunocompromised, so naturally I started getting my prescriptions delivered. Supposedly you're supposed to be able to do this through the CVS app, but the app is absolutely terrible and I have never had any success with this method. Thus I am forced every time to get a staff member on the phone to help me directly. They seem pretty used to this, so it seems I am far from the only one to have no luck with the app. They are efficient, helpful, and unbelievably kind. I want to give a special shout-out to Anna who has helped me countless times, she's my Covid MVP, but I've had a couple others on the phone who have also been awesome, I just didn't get their names. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Pharmacists are largely underutilized in healthcare. I have been impressed on multiple occasions with the pharmacists at CVS in Hadley - going above and beyond. Very informative and helpful!

This is by far the best CVS pharmacy in the area!
◾️No long lines OR wait times & the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians/assistants are SUPER FRIENDLY and genuinely friendly!
◾️Highly recommended pharmacy!
◾️Only downfall is having to park in target lot and walk through target, but it’s well worth it overall.

Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Women working were rude and treated me like I was an idiot for not having an absolute comprehensive knowledge of my insurance. Go to a different CVS.
