This location is great. I think the girl on sandwichs was Josie (my apologies if not) but she was training someone and I overheard her response to a question was "I like fresh, I like to serve fresh" even better she was working on my order at the time so I know it's fresh. Great attitude. Highly recommended.

Once again, another let down of a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s astronomically mind distorting how terrible Dunkin’ Donuts is these days. I’m 30, and not too long ago Dunkin was quality. Now it just seems like a sad excuse to keep money going into the pockets of their investors. Like why not? You’re still making a profit right, off good honest people that just want what they paid for. You’re a disgrace, by the very definition of the word. Sad. Just stop. Close down. America can run on something else at this this point. You’re an absolute disgrace.

My mother and I had a nice experience earlier today when we purchased coffee at the Dunkin'Donuts drive thru. There was not a long wait in line which was positive. The coffee and food were very fresh, and the food was ready quickly. We did not have to wait long for our order. The staff were very friendly, too.

This Dunkin is so goddamn bad. Do not go here. They completely disregard the people in store and only care about the drive thru. I understand that the drive thru is timed but come on. Maybe if they had more employees it'd be better but jesus christ

This one star goes to the store manager and store owner. I was told' Get out of MY STORE!!' immediately after my boyfriend and I got into argument on the dd premises, not even loud one. There is a war right next to my country, is the stress over it any way understandable for you? Throw a rock, if you never had a bad day due to the stress or argument with someone... Store manager could simply ask 'Is everything ok?' or 'can I help anyway?' that could probably calm everything down. She chose some power show off, and escalated whole situation into big drama with the police. I got 'no trespassing note' from a business I was spending my money and I was friendly with most employees. Now I heard, employees are quitting there due to their unprofessional managing and overscheduling , shame on you and I'm glad karma existsPS: If you wanna get expresso 1 hour before closing there , you won't, I waisted my whole break at work one time, just to drive there and be told they are not serving latte after 5pm(I think it was 1 or 2 hours to closing). He just cleaned machines ahead and was lazy to do it again.

This particular Dunkin at 331 Russell Street is one of the best around. Unfortunately, the 25 yr old manager, Helena, is a horrible boss. She cares more about herself, how long she's worked for Dunkin', she never gets her hands dirty, she sits in the back, then comes out to brag to customers about all she's done for her employees. I was at the drive-thru when she was loudly speaking to a customer about "everything she has done" to make this Dunkin' "the best" since she began working at this particular Dunkin'. She explained sales rose "dramatically" since she began working there and that she is the reason they are selling tons more. She could use sensitivity training and to learn how to speak to people/employees rather than sending them home in tears because she disagreed with how an employee handled a situation or needed to leave/take time off. She focuses on blame rather than working on herself. She utilizes her team as pawns for her minimal, "so-called" success, taking credit for sales and the hourly employees' hard work.
