“A truly wonderful store with something for everyone and the nicest staff ever! I also love their custom options, like kid art or pet portrait embroidery options. I got my husband a shirt with our son’s drawing embroidered above the pocket and it’s priceless to us. Support local!”
“Have ordered several items from here over a period of years. Quality is good. Women's shirts run small (which they note). Communication has been prompt. Shirts have held up over the years, though like all graphic tees, we take care to wash them inside out. Books ordered through Topatoco arrive in good shape and with no dents or bends.”

“I really like this shop. I do a lot of window browsing because it is on the pricey side, but all of the items are quality and quirky, when I have a little extra I don't mind spending it here. There are many unique gift options (especially for those in your life who love animals and have an off-beat sense of humor). Great location on Main Street, I sometimes pop in here while I am waiting for a table at Jake's. Some of my favorite pairs of silly socks and cute greeting cards have come from this shop.”

“Kestrel is my favorite store in Northampton! In fact, you would have to travel far and wide to find a more beautifully curated store! It is my go-to for gifts, cookbooks, plants, jewelry, etc. The space is beautiful, and Eliza has such a keen eye for choosing the products that she sells. Just being in there lifts my mood. She has a great staff as well.”

“I ordered the Playful Penguin Race online, it shipped incredibly fast! I ordered on a Friday and it arrived on a Monday. The toy did not work upon the first try however it was no fault of the distributor (it was an internal wiring issue and the toy is very old so I wasn't too surprised) and my boyfriend was able to repair the issue in under half an hour. When my package arrived it was clear it had been handled very carefully and was in wonderful condition.”

“I didn't realize this store takes Hallmark rewards and coupons. I was passing through the area and I've never been to The Paper Store before. What a fun Store! The women working there were so friendly and helpful, especially with my Hallmark questions. They have cards, gifts for all ages, and clothes. They also have a fitting room to try things on. Not sure why it's called The Paper Store, they sell so much more.”
