Went to pick up a curbside order waited 15 minutes until I called the store because no one came out after I checked in. Got home and saw the item was used, why would you give a customer who paid for a brand new item a used item??? I wasn't able to check before I left due to a broken foot and can't travel the 30min back to the store. Store manager John wasn't helpful and neither was Home Depot.com. Unacceptable.

Employees stand there and watch as customers walk in with no masks right by the "all customers must wear masks" sign, which is currently required by the Hadley Board of Health. Won't be coming here again.

My family bought a $400 Dewalt 20V push lawn mower on 5/21. Two days after Home Depot's warranty expired ( August 19) the mower stopped working. We used it maybe four times! Home Depot just shrugged and said not our problem. They offered ZERO assistance. It has taken hours on the phone to get a shipping label and now we have to find a way to get this lawn mower to a UPS store and ship it back to the factory. Thanks for nothing Home Depot. Your customer service is non-existent. Next time I'm shopping at Lowe's.

I'm getting tired of the sexism here. I'm a woman. Today a male clerk cut me off before I had finished explaining my problem, and he dictated an answer. But I had already tried what he suggested and it hadn't worked. He didn't listen to me long enough to understand that. Another time, a male clerk was helping me, and a male customer approached him with a question, and the clerk dropped my transaction to engage in a long interaction with the guy. Not a quick answer, a long discussion. While I stood there. Granted, some of the male clerks are decent, but this kind of thing happens too much. MEN AND MANAGERS: Women are not stupid. Women do home repairs. Women spend money. Wake up.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My order was on August 29 for kitchen cabinets. Ever since then I've had no kitchen and three kids to feed. The expected delivery date was September 16 and every day the delivery date is pushed off by one day. Still no cabinets and my contractor has moved on to other protects. Customer service has no idea who to contact they don't even know who is delivering the cabinets. Not only that one of the cabinets ordered by the kitchen dept staff is in the completely wrong style. I doubt I will even get them. I feel like I'm getting scammed. I would never ever use Home Depot again for anything kitchen related. they have made my life hell.

Ordered polyurethane to refinish my hardwood floors. When I showed up to pick my order up. I was notified they canceled my order because they sold the items before I arrived. The customer service rep made no attempt to help me find a replacement product or make it right just telling me to talk to someone in paint if I really needed something else. Seeing I spend the entire day sending my floors with the expectation of refinishing them tommorow. I guess I will shop at Lowes. So I woke up this morning to a notification Home Depot charged my PayPal account for the order they canceled yesterday.

I had made an online purchase. It was paid in full. I received an e-mail saying my product was there. I went to pick it up and it wasn't there. After 2 months of trying to get my item I decided to just get my money back and go to another store. The person behind the counter told me not to feel bad because this happens to a lot of their customers. The Home Depot is a crappy place to do business with.

We placed a delivery order for $4000 worth of lumber for a deck 2 weeks ago, it didn't arrive. They supposedly "accidentally" placed it as a pick up order even though we had paid a delivery. Delivery was rescheduled for today (after more than an hour on the phone). Fast forward to 6:45pm-- order still isn't delivered so my husband calls. They not only don't have our lumber-they don't know when they can get it!! No phone call. No email. Oddly enough, when they swiped our credit card, they had it in stock. So they sold it to us, then sold it to someone else. After almost (another) hour on the phone trying to get a new delivery date for the lumber we not only paid for but also have a crew ready to start building- their only solution is to refund our money or deliver at some future date that they have no idea when. OUTRAGEOUS!! Imagine going into this Home Depot, taking $4000 worth of their stuff and then telling them (as they tried to arrest you) Nah! I was going to give you your money from it...at some other time....that I don't know when! I'm sure they'd be totally ok with that!! Not to mention, Andrew, didn't like being "yelled at" (never raises my voice but, yep, I was pissed) and it "didn't make him want to help me". Help me?? How?? By sending the product I'd paid for??? Is that Home Depot customer service?? If you're nice to me, we'll eventually give you the product you paid for??? RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not be coming back to this store. Employees were rude on the phone and when we ordered curbside pick up, it was not clearly marked and the employees became upset when we weren’t in the “correct spot.” Terrible customer service.

Each time I visit it feels like there is no one working, and when there are people working they aren't quick to ask if you need help or to offer assistance. Makes completing projects difficult. While this HD is convenient, I think I'll start driving to Chicopee for future needs.

Do not order an appliance from this store. We ordered a dishwasher two weeks ago. The store works with independent contractors for delivery, installation and haul-away. This week I have spent a staggering THREE HOURS on the phone with various contractors (none of whom have a clue where our dishwasher is) and missed a full day of work. I am told we *may* have a dishwasher installed a month from now. Needless to say, we canceled the order. But this experience has aged me by a month!
