Other employees provided excellent service by walking customers directly to items and offering easy-to-find locations. While the customer service desk was not helpful on one occasion, a young employee in the garden section was very sweet and professional, assisting with both plants and a bulk purchase. Although a specific item was not in stock, a customer found a high-quality flashlight. The store has almost anything needed for home renovation, and improvements in customer service skills create a positive impression that guarantees customers will return.
