Your employees in your Harley paint dept are very helpful! Colin and Sanford helped me get a sample of a stain on a paint stick so I could compare it to my deck, that we painted last year. Max was very helpful in getting me a different sample color on a paint stick. When we finally decided that “chocolate stain” was the correct color I went back to get gallon of stain and also a 5 gal bucket concrete sealer which Isaiah was very helpful in mixing them both up! Great guys in your paint department!! Thank you!!!

OK, mind you, this review is only for the store that is in Hadley, Massachusetts. You open up real early in the morning yet nobody wants to help out the normal Joe that goes in there asking for help. Shame on you people for making us wait while you are busy unloading your freight. we had tile questions that needed to be answered so that we could finish our job. I also wanted tile but was told I could only order it online…. again, Shame on you. Heads up people don’t go in till after 10. They told us and I quote,,,, we do 100% customer service after 10 ,,,,, before that is used for restocking and loading,,,, say what!shame on you again.

Had an awesome experience getting help from customer service rep Michael in the plumbing section. Very knowledgeable and helped me find a solution to my plumbing problem. Give that guy a raise!

I have often had a love hate relationship with Home Depot. On the one hand, they have almost anything you could possibly need fod a home renovation or changes to your house. This time however I was surprised not once but twice at the improvements that have been made with their customer service skills. I went shopping for adhesive keyboard feet and was give two locations that were easy to find. When I brought up wanting to find pegboards, the second employee walked me right over to it. This is the type of service that guarantees my return not just because of proximity but impression. Thank you Home Depot.

My husband and I visited Home Depot looking for ice melt for his business and some plants to decorate our new apartment. Unfortunately, the customer service desk wasn’t helpful, leaving us to find someone else who could. While walking through the garden section, we were greeted by a young employee named Ryan. He listened to our questions and immediately helped something the service desk staff hadn’t done. Ryan showed me the indoor plants while also assisting my husband in getting a half pallet of ice melt, he worked through this whole process alone. Ryan was very sweet and professional, which was a pleasant surprise considering the service standards at many big box stores these days. We’ll definitely be returning in the spring for more plants!
