So where to start with this All in all I would say if your kid does not know how to skate do not go to this rink. They do not have options to walk with your children they do not have options to teach your child or help them walk and learn how to skate. There was multiple times where they told parents that they could not walk with their children because it was unsafe but meanwhile their children were falling in front of other people going a lot faster and that was more unsafe than having someone help them. I will also say they are way overpriced they charged amission for someone who wasn't skating. Even though it was a day where parents could go into stay with their kids The lockers you have to pay every time you want to open it and reuse it. Also the atmosphere is very cool very nice brings me back to my old days they say they have a dress code but teenagers and younger were basically half dressed as a father I don't want to see that nor do I expect to see that when I take my son out somewhere. I understand teenagers and kids will do things like this I was there at one point in time but with the waste society is today would not recommend that especially if they are not being watched properly. They also have a lot of rules that are not enforced they basically say the guidelines so that way you're aware that the rules exist so if anything does happen it's on you. So basically for all this chances of me going back are probably never until they get their act together I would give them a one star all day.

Do not recommend Haldey location at all! Will stick with Wilbraham. Brought my kids who are just learning how to skate (6 and 9). No one told us we were not allowed to walk next to the kids to help with balance and falling and this location or that they don't have those crate balance walkers (which we expected since this is how Wilbraham operates) . Cost us a ton of money for the kids to barely go around once and want to leave in less than 15 minutes because they needed help and had no way to get it. Told the staff they should advertise it is not young kid/beginner friendly and just got a shrug. Not only that, I asked for my receipt, the lady looked at it and said "oops I overcharged you" handed me $10 cash and still did not give me my receipt so I have no idea if I was even charged correctly. Staff was extremely rude and what was suposed to be a fun end of school vacation turned into a nightmare with upset kids who were miserable and disappointed with the experience.

Well I will start this review by saying the rink is amazing for starters and kids who just want to skate. The floor is always kept up nice and the shape of the rink is very unique with windows to see the floor below you it really is a treat. On the other hand any experienced skater may find it hard to have a good time here. The staff is strick about doing tricks and skating backwards at this rink. Today I had an experience with a fire drill. When the staff told us to get off the floor remove our skates and make our way to the exit. I use custom hockey skates that take quite a while to take off. I tried to ask if I MUST remove my skates and was told "everyone needs to exit" before they walked away. At which point I skated down the stairs and out the door. When they met me outside I was told I was no longer allowed at this rink as skating down the stairs was a liability. I never got a straight answer when trying to leave if I must have my skates off and then when I tried to explain it was a misunderstanding they told me I wasn't allowed to skate here anymore. I believe that the staff handled the fire drill poorly and I was not given a refund for the 4 hours of the session I was no longer alowed to skate

My husband and daughter loved it. It's cool the way it's set up. It's on the second floor, so when you skate around, you can see the whole mall. It wasn't too busy when we got there. My husband and daughter had a great time. We will be back!

We did a birthday party for a 10 year old. They were very organized, but gave us a lot of space to do our thing. Got extra pizza from them and brought a cake. All the kids got tokens to play the games too. Music was fun for this age group and birthday girl was able to pick three of the songs.Room was right off the rink too. No idea that we were supposed to tip (the party was very expensive!) so I think I undertipped. No idea what is expected.

Quite expensive, but I love the atmosphere. Thursdays are the most fun! One of the best parts of the Hadley Mall! ?

I've been several times and love the vibe from the staff. Thursdays are awesome for adults and the weekends can be good for skating if you go the first hour theyre open. After that there's a lot of kids but I'm glad they have a place to skate! The design isn't like a normal rink so it's better for learning turns. They do have a little skate shop that you can get wheels and skates at.The staff are also very knowledgeable about skates and skating in general and have never had an issue answering my questions on what i need for my skates.

The staff is really sweet and helpful. A+ to the ones taking care of the customers, they are real gems. Too many little kids staggering around the rink without supervision and no one mentioning it tho, and the hour and a half of emo rock was pretty excruciating, but regardless, you gotta love this place!

Drove over an hour down here for a scooby do party for the children. When we got there we were first met by a woman and a child who was extremely upset that there was no scooby do or anything. We went in anyway hoping there was. When we got in I couldn’t not find anyone that worked there! No decorations, no scooby do, I walked right into a woman behind the food court and asked what was going on. The woman working informed me they were all done that the woman wearing the scooby do costume was no longer wearing it. It was about 230 this event was supposed to until 5!!!! No decorations no games there was nothing for the children!!!! It was a wasted trip with poor customer service. I will never go back here again. It’s not the same as when I was a child. Don’t believe their events they say are going on.Thankfully the gosht busters were close by!

This place hasn’t changed since the nineties and I love it. It’s affordable, fun, and runs smoothly. Stuff is friendly and the skating is great. Note that the music is pretty loud.

They charge $5 spectator fee. You have to pay to sit and watch your kids. Now it's not about the money here, it's the principal. I told my kids they better put on a show and make it entertaining because I am a paying spectator. Maybe they need to pay for new skates because they are HORRIBLE! The pair I rented for my son's friend were completely gutted and tattered.

I spent most my time falling but we had a great time. Staff saw my son take a nasty fall and came to us fast asked us if everything was ok, nothing was broken except a little bit of pride. We will return for skating lessons in a couple of Saturdays.
