“The Masonic st laundromat is the best i've ever used and the best in Northampton! It is always clean and rhe app to pay for washes & dryers is convenient and works well. The ownee is always helpful when i've been in a bind. When my laundry detergent was frozen he gave me some detergent to use so i was able to continue my laundry. Great community service!”

“They have been reliable for the last 10 years. Also friendly and attentive. Turnaround time is good. They always know who I am, even when employees turn over, which has been nice. Clothes are returned in very good condition, just how I want them. To me, cleaners are not the kind of thing to rave about if they're great. Only to complain about if they're not. So let me say this business has been solid friendly and reliable for a decade.”

The family is very professional, quick, precise, and realistic with quotes. “I been coming here for a long time the previous owners was Bonnie n Chi. They are awesome people, they sold the business to a young couple name Luis & Rose. The previous owners showed the new owners how to keep up with the work. Rose & Luis are doing a great job keeping up with the hard work Bonnie & Chi did. Right now the new owners are remodeling the laundry/Dry cleaners. Besides everything else they are doing a great job to keep us customers happy. “I come here to do my laundry every week and its been very consistent. The machines are cleaned every night, and the place is kept clean. On the weekends it can be very busy at times with some very inconsiderate people, but the owners have nothing to do with that. Overall pretty good place to suds your duds (lol)”
