Dan did a super job with my search for just the right pillow, which I purchased. I asked him about the adjustable mattress bases and he gave me a great education on them and had me try one out. It was amazing. Dan is still in training and he was very helpful. He also displayed a strong knowledge of the products I’d asked about. If I were buying a bed that’s where I’d buy it!

We visited Mattress Firm in Hadley Ma because I moved and needed to get a new mattress. We showed up in the late morning and it was quiet at the store when we arrived. My fiancé and I were helped by Ryan and I told him what I was hoping for and what my sleep needs were and right off the bat the first mattress he suggested was what I ultimately bought. We tried several other suggestions in our price range but I was happiest with the first one he suggested.We got mattress delivery and a mattress cover all within our budget, and left the store happy. The process was efficient and pleasant, and I thought Ryan was helpful and listened to what I was looking for.The store started to get a little busier as we were leaving so I think we got there at a good time.
