Great experience, did not try to fix random problems, but instead took the time to find the root cause. Did not over charge for services, instead found discounts and worked with my budget to assist in finding and fixing the potential issue with my jeep.

My axle broke and fell off my car while leaving Target yesterday. By chance, Juan was waiting to turn into Target, saw what happened, told me to wait and he'd take a look, which he did immediately and let me know what had happened. He told me to bring it over to Midas (even went to get some guys to help push the car in) and they'd get me in. We got the car there, they took it in right away, told me how much it would cost, let me decide if I wanted to change my other axle as well without ever pressuring me (they told me some fixes I have coming up but didn't try to push those on me at that time either, just told me to take it one at a time). Luis even stayed late so my car would be done that day. Overall, the whole crew was nice and so helpful, and I appreciate what they did for me so much.

I was thoroughly impressed with Midas of Hadley, Massachusetts. Jason, Juan and Darrin were professional and very nice to work with. I brought my Rogue to them in the morning for a quote and estimate of when they could replace my exhaust. They were $500.00 less expensive than Monroe in Northampton and Jason said he could get it done today. They finished the job by closing time, and even stayed a few minutes extra to show me the undercarriage exhaust work. Bravo guys, you have earned my continued business. Thanks, Ted Schiff.

Flat tire at 8am Monday. Managed to get it reinflated & drove to nearest tire store. They gave me 3 options, I chose the Coopers. Despite being insanely busy they got me back on the road in <2 hours. The tires were exactly want I wanted. The service was friendly , kind, & PATIENT. Some places are not patient with women! Shout out to Jason & his tech. Great job! Highly recommend.

This location was well worth the unexpected visit! So I was on my way out to the stores when I hit a pothole that literally almost ripped my tire off! I heard a funny noise coming from the tire. So now I was desperate to find a gas station to pull over at. Instead I seen the Midas sign and figured it couldn’t hurt to pull into the actual shop to figure out what damage was done. As soon as I pulled in, I got out to check my tire first. As I was looking it over, the technician Corina came out to see if everything was ok. I let her know what happened and she went and consulted with her manager Mike. They pulled my car in immediately and checked it for me. Found a gash about two inches long on the inside of the tire. They gave me all the information I needed and even put my spare on free of charge! They empathized with my completely unexpected situation, and just wanted to see me back on my way SAFELY! Within about 30 minutes I was back on the road! I couldn’t be more thankful for Mike and Corina!! Thank you guys!!!
