I took my wife’s car into Norm’s because someone I trust recommended the owner, Cody, and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever been given. Cody and his workers are damn good. They gave me an accurate quote on the work that was needed and also a timeframe and they kept their word on everything. The car looks great and the quality of the work is excellent. I recommend Cody and his business with no worries that you won’t be happy with them. I can’t think of another business I’ve ever said that about and I think it will be a long time before I ever get another recommendation from someone on any business that is as honest and performs the kind of high quality work that I received from Cody at Norm’s Auto Body on Railroad St in Hadley, MA. 5 Stars!

4 years later I'm still dealing with the mess of terrible body work. Fog lights strobing, entire underneath of my car skidding off on the highway. Clearly no one including the owner checked anything before me taking my car back. Will never come here again.

Excellent work, excellent price and excellent service! These guys went well above and beyond! Honest and fair, this was the ONLY vehicle repair job I've had done in 25 years of driving that I didn't stress over. Before, during or after they had my truck. I am absolutely HIGHLY recommending this shop!

other body shops gave me the run around about fixing rust spots on my jeep wrangler, but not Cody! he assessed my jeep and gave me a really reasonable estimate. my jeep looked brand new when i got it back. he is such a nice guy and a pleasure to talk to. love his big dogs too!Service: Body & Trim

This shop is the real deal!!!I went here because I failed inspection for bumper damage and another repair. Turns out AutoExpress misdiagnosed the repair; Cody caught it and was honest with me instead of charging me for a part I didn't need. They also did the repairs that worked within my budget, saving me a ton of money. These guys are respectful, kind, have great communication, and are HONEST. They also have the two sweetest shop dogs around!It's so hard to find great mechanics, and this is especially so if you're a young woman like myself. I will be going to this shop for any other repairs I need from here on out!!
