my all time favorite store! just about this particular location, I wish the clearance rack was organized better, I always find plus size things in with the xs stuff! still a great store and I love it nothing less!

Horribly abusive to me as a long standing, loyal costumer. In the Hadley Mass store. I reported the escalating abusive treatment to corporate who did nothing. So I swore that location off and basically haven't shopped with Old Navy or the Gap brands since. My choices are dwindling but to be honest with you, their prices I notices in YouTube hauls, are becoming comparable to LL BEAN that opened a beautiful store here right in the same shopping plaza, and that's a brand that does make better quality garments of a higher standard. You get what you pay for, but I wasn't willing to pay for Old Baby's mean & hateful abuse anymore!!! It was an Australian lady & some woman who had been there a while and always given me attitude, underserved and disrespectful to me as a costumer and person. I don't recall her name unfortunately,this occured the Summer of 2029, before the pandemic. There are much nicer people that can handle treating their costumers exceptional, their horrific treatment towards me was criminal!!! They are in walking distance from where I live, but I'll never go in there again. Barnes and Nobles is another horror nightmare that MUST go under!!! AVOID this Old Navy!!! I don't support them.at all as I'm mindful of giving my money to those deserving, I work HARD!!! I will only shop with places that do right by the public. That are grateful for us!!! They had wonderful girls working there several years ago,this got on the mean lady's nerves, that we liked them and not her. They were Unfortunately college students and didn't stick around for too long, as retail is just that way. The ones that make it their career are the miserable, rotten scum!!! I still think of the girls that worked there and hope they are doing great things in the world now!!! I am happy not shopping here anymore. I don't know for the life of me, why imbeciles would seem to have this idea that being jerks to their costumes and abusing them, would be something worthwhile in accomplishing!?! They are only hurting the brand and themselves. There is no shortage of clothes that I can't live without them. Remember, they need us not the other way around!!!?
